The ideal TRIMARC operators will have responsibility of assessing all incoming traffic data and determining in real time the content and priority of traffic reports to be disseminated. The TRIMARC operators accurately process large volumes of data from a wide variety of sources. The TRIMARC operators are the principal contact for many agencies and members of the public. Shift/Hours:

- Works with EIO database and infrastructure teams, other contractor teams and partner organizations to establish and maintain CA systems.
- Performs root cause analysis and documents all existing and potential problems and outages associated with corrective actions.
- Ensures that all problems/incidents are logged into the Ticket Management System and managed.
- Participate in planning meetings to execute proactive system upgrades and new technology implementations.
- Update government task manager (GTM) on production issues and initiatives.
- Actively look for opportunities to automate routine processes.
- Review SOPs for procedures related to maintaining CA operational capability.

- Coordinate with development and database teams on planning and implementation of upgraded or new components.
- Maintain list of scheduled production events - ensure timing does not conflict with operations requirements.
- Provide required notifications of upcoming deployments.
- Provide weekly activity report of recent and upcoming activity. Identify issues that need to be addressed with the client.
- Provide weekly supplements of a incidents handled by staff.

What you’ll do:
The Digital Forensic Analyst will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Examine the hard drives of computers, storage devices, cell phones, PDA's, or any electronic device that may hold evidence that could be used in a court of law.
- Perform forensic analysis of digital information and gathers and handles evidence.
- Perform a variety of forensic and electronic discovery services, including digital evidence preservation, forensic analysis, data recovery, tape recovery, electronic mail extraction, and database examination.
- Use forensically sound procedures to identify network computer intrusion evidence and identifies perpetrators.
- Employ forensic tools and techniques to support investigation of computer fraud or other electronic crimes, crack files and system passwords, detects steganography and recovers deleted, fragmented and corrupted data from digital media of all types.
