The PSP Lead will support capture and proposal activities to document content used in the development of the staffing plan used to execute the requirements of the contract. The PSP lead works with the other CoE members, including the lead solution architect, SMEs, pricing leads, contracts/subcontracts, Capture Manager and Proposal Manager in the development of the proposal artifacts. The PSP lead works with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to integrate BOE/LOE into the PSP template. The PSP lead works closely with the Staffing Rationale Lead and Technical Team to ensure the staff proposed meets the requirements and expectations of the workforce aligned with the Technical Solution.
Expectations of successful includes using an Agile delivery model, weekly Sprints, SCRUMs standups, to incrementally mature the project staffing plan content, through a series of Releases from the Market Assessment Discussion through the Final TOR. The PSP Lead will use the Agile maturity model, to develop and integrate information released by FEDSIM to include information from previous solicitation documents, Requests for Information (RFIs), Market Assessment Discussions (MAD), electronic reading rooms, draft PWS’s, draft Section H and follow-on final TOR documents. The Key Personnel Qualifications Matrix (KPQM) Lead position is assigned to the FEDSIM Center of Excellence, in support of maturing and delivering FEDSIM opportunities pursued by the business units across all Peraton Sectors. The GSA FEDSIM opportunities values range from $100M and surpass $1B+ in total contract value. The KPQM Lead will support capture and proposal activities to document content used in the development of the Key Personnel Qualification Matrix volume. The KPQM lead works with the identified Key Personnel bid on the Program to capture the qualifications against the requirements identified in Section H. The KPQM Lead will create stand up meetings for KPQM boards, along with other contributors, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, BU Leadership, Capture and BDE on the maturity of identifying and integrating Key Personnel to align with defined Key Personnel requirements. The KPQM Lead works with each Key Person to pull out the experience in support of the scope of work identified in the PWS. The KPQM lead works closely with Capture and the Technical Team, to ensure the Key Person meets the requirements and expectations by the customer fulfilling this role. Peraton is seeking to fill a critical role for a full-time background investigator in Orange, TX. Applicants must reside within 15 miles from the city center of Orange.
What you’ll do:
The Investigator will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Successfully complete a full time, 6-7 week new Investigator training both virtually and in person in order to be certified in the Federal Investigative Standards for government background investigations
- Travel daily when conducting in person background investigations for the purpose of determining employment suitability of persons who require access to sensitive or classified U.S. Government information

What you'll do:
The Fraud Investigator is expected to perform high level complex investigations of medical professional service providers and develop cases for future action, including referral to law enforcement, education, over payment recovery and other administrative actions. Will work with internal resources and external agencies to develop cases and corrective actions as well as respond to requests for data and support.
- An investigator uses good judgment and may work independently with minimum supervision and direction.

The SE is the Volume lead for Oral slide development through production.

Senior-level Functional Specialist Advisors are responsible for leading the development of program and project integration solutions across the enterprise and determining integration/interface requirements. The Journeyman Configuration Management Analyst (CM/DM) will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Establishes and maintains configuration and data management policies and procedures to be utilized by department personnel and other participating functions to ensure a standard and cost-effective approach to the application of configuration and data management requirements.
- Analyzes changes to product specifications to determine the effect on the product and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change control.
- Designs and establishes configuration management documentation.
- Authorizes the release of drawings, schedules and system configuration changes specified by management and other functional groups through the Request for Change process.
- Operates configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and auditing.
- Performs configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new configuration management baseline operating parameters are documented, comply with standard configurations, and are logistically sustainable.
- Works with standard commercial software products used for configuration management (e.g. DOORS, JSMART, etc.)
Additional responsibilities include:
- May develop configuration standards for company-wide use.
- May train requirement engineers in the use of configuration management tools and the implementation of CM quality standards.
- May provide guidance to less experienced employees.
