Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Network Engineer/Architect to perform as a consultant for leading edge information technologies and methodologies to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. Our dynamic team provides full spectrum network connectivity including architecture, engineering, development, integration, deployment, configuration management, project management and network security services to the global enterprise, as well as systems and cloud engineering services for application modernization and transition of legacy applications into hybrid cloud platforms.

Qualifications

  • Active/current TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering science, or related discipline and minimum of 12 years with BS/BA, or minimum of 10 years with MS/MA, or minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
  • Must have experience architecting solutions for needs throughout the IC, including IP routing, addressing, IP Multicast, IP QOS, and IP encryptors.
  • Demonstrated experience with WAN boundary integration and Red and Black WAN design.
  • Ability to develop network architectures and work with customers to develop test plans and conduct testing of architecture as required.
  • Ability to provide highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems and manage work as defined by customer

Salary Range Estimate:

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees. Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
