Responsibilities

Be part of our exciting team supporting a robust, world-wide communications network, providing office automation packages; document and information management tools; and collaboration, voice, and video tools in a secure, flexible, distributed architecture supporting a classified DoD IT system. Peraton is seeking a Test Engineer for integrating, testing, evaluating and transitioning enterprise IT systems. Attend and support formal Technical Reviews, such as Test Readiness Reviews (TRR). Responsibilities include:

 

  • Upon completion of integration activities, create a test plan/ test procedure to support system acceptance testing
  • Conduct system acceptance testing in accordance with approved test plan and test procedure
  • After completion of system acceptance testing, provide a test inspection report
  • Participate in after-actions review to address lessons learned and areas of opportunity, as appropriate
  • Provide recommendations/inputs to final system design documents, as appropriate

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; 4 years of additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree
  • Proven experience testing IT systems, encompassing hardware, applications, and network components
  • Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level III certification
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance 
  • ITIL Foundations certification desired

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
