S6 is responsible for all the top-level distribution lists, i.e., MCCYWG ALL, MCCYWG Officers, etc. Each directorate manages their own distribution list. As personnel in/out process, maintain the distribution lists to enable leadership to communicate. - Serve as the S6 focal point for laptop issuance to those customers who have approved telework agreements and thereby need a Government laptop to use at their residence.

As a Process Engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As a Mission Management Process Engineer on our team, you will provide process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes. You will facilitate project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives; and coordinate the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. You will also act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts. As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As a Mobility Strategy Systems Engineer on our team you will split your time between systems engineering and ISSO duties. You will apply principles to various systems assigned for mobile communications research and development, e.g. 4/5G, mobile OS, handset and Internet of Things; and you will work with many different customer and IC organizations as they seek to leverage information gained through many diverse studies, developments and laboratory exercises that will push the envelope of modern communications methods and technologies. An ability to view several different approaches and string together the best path for meeting IC requirements with limited resources will be essential; as well as the ability to work with a diverse set of requirements as the organization moves forward. This position will be a part-time ISSO for the in-office developed tool used for proposal evaluation and funding allocation. Authoring and maintaining the SSP for this system will be a 50% duty.

The Reverse Engineer will perform technical analysis of malicious binaries through controlled execution or static analysis of assembly code, overcoming techniques designed to defeat analysis, in order to ascertain functionality, capability, call-backs, assist with attribution to adversary infrastructure, and identification of indicators of compromise.   Responsibilities may include: - Provide information and documentation that enables malware detection, signature creation, and mitigation. - Use expertise in malware reverse engineering and analysis to evaluate and analyze complex malicious code through the use of tools, including dissemblers, debuggers, hex editors, un-packers, virtual machines, and network sniffers. - Conduct reverse-engineering for known and suspected malware files. - Investigate instances of malicious code to determine attack vector and payload, and to determine the extent of damage and data exfiltration. - Provide detailed reports of any findings. - Perform research in the area of malicious software, vulnerabilities, and exploitation tactics. - Identify vulnerabilities in binaries, identifies and analyzes shell-code, and recommend preventative or defensive actions. - Reverse-engineer malware and incorporate analysis results into detailed reporting to include behavior, identified infrastructure used for command and control, and mitigation techniques. - Develop network and host based signatures to identify specific malware. - Recommend heuristic or anomaly based detection methods. - Compare malware to existing malware signatures.
