Peraton is seeking a candidate for a Mechanical Engineer (ME) position.  The ME in this position is responsible for providing our customers with guidance and expertise and support for the design of complex mechanical equipment and systems, and to investigate, evaluate and develop new applications for existing equipment and systems.  Working with other project engineers, the ME will help determine the theoretical principles involved and apply advanced analytical and investigative methods and techniques.     Responsibilities include:  - Analyzing assigned tasks to provide estimates of manpower and material required to complete. Preparing schedules for accomplishing tasks within estimates.  - May direct field operation and maintenance activities of mechanical equipment/systems installations.  - Evaluate operational systems and design modifications to eliminate potential causes of malfunctions or changes in system requirements.  - Develop new applications requiring appreciable originality and ingenuity, and complex test procedures for equipment and systems which are significantly different from existing designs.  Provide technical guidance to personnel involved with producing design fabrication drawings. Review and correct drawings to ensure proper engineering techniques and required specifications have been utilized.  - Develop, release and maintain documentation in accordance with customer and contractual requirements.  - Review, write and edit reports such as evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, etc. to provide recommendations, conclusions, and other data.

 Peraton is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) providing system security support for ongoing and future system development within the Customer organization. The ISSO will work with customer Information Security to develop and implement security requirements in support of the customer’s mission.  This includes providing information assurance support for the development and implementation of security architectures to meet new and evolving security requirements.  The ISSO will evaluate, develop, and enhance security requirements, policies and tools.  The ISSO will analyze policies and procedures against customer security regulations and provide recommendations for closing gaps and improving security deficiencies. The candidate should be familiar with security evaluation tools and scans in order to determine system compliance and report results to Customer management.
