Peraton is seeking a Senior Social Scientist, who is experienced working with a diverse team of analysts, and information operations (IO) planners, strategic communications and policy professionals to translate empirical research findings into operational assessments. The ability to work on a team in a collaborative environment is a requirement.    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing analytic and assessment projects evaluating the information environment (IE) in the US FORCES KOREA (USFK) area of responsibility (AOR). The candidate will complete assessment reports in the form of briefs, PowerPoint presentations, and direct inputs into C2IE (Command and Control in the Information Environment).    This position is located at Camp Humphreys’, South Korea.    You will have the opportunity to: - Perform a broad range of data analysis assignments entailing unique problems, innovative use of techniques, advance approaches, and/or new technology. Applies a variety of analytic methodologies in order to visualize and present data to decision-makers and in support of command objectives. - Supports the efforts of analysts and planning teams by sourcing, providing, consolidating, or synthesizing data into displayable formats for ease of interpretation and dissemination. - Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with command staff and senior leaders to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to ongoing or proposed activities. - Conduct assessments of the information environment, applying a combination of opinion research data, intelligence, operational reporting, and social media insights. - Provide data visualization and explain quantitative analysis from Peraton’s research team / vendors. and quantitative analysis. - Contribute to design of opinion research and interpretation of findings. Examples of opinion research includes survey, flash polls, focus groups, and in-depth interviews. - Prepare status reports, assess project issues and risks, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. - Create, determine resourcing, and/or coordinate with stakeholders, the collection of social, cultural, economic, political, religious, and regional identified indicators through all available sources to assess approved series in the theater. - Review studies conducted by similar organizations and determine reliability, validity and other strength factors for potential use in theater. - Create/lead innovative social science research initiatives, educate staff on proposed responsibilities, collect results from the implemented tasks, and report to senior-decision makers. - Work independently or in collaboration with social scientists within and outside the theater.

Peraton is seeking a Software Application Developer to join our team of diverse, qualified individuals.  The Software Aplication Developer works at the United States Postal Service (USPS) Central Repair Facility (CRF) in Topeka, KS.  The CRF is a depot repair facility for USPS mail processing, delivery, and bulk mail systems repairable parts. Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Operational Assessments Analyst for the USCYBERCOM program located at Fort Meade, MD.   Operational assessments provide the Commander with the current state of the operational environment, the progress of the campaign or operation, and recommendations to account for discrepancies between the actual and predicted progress. To adequately fulfill mission requirements, CNMF requires dedicated personnel to develop and execute the CNMF assessment process to collect data that will inform current and future defensive and offensive cyber operations.    In this role you will: - Provide assessments support for intelligence and cyberspace operations conducted by JTF ZERO. - Conduct assessments to include assisting with developing Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and associated indicators and analyzing and updating intelligence to assess J3 operational effectiveness. - Maintain a repository Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and indicators with metric results. - Incorporate value added metrics into the CNMF JTF ZERO operational assessment process to inform USCYBERCOM assessments process and required deliverables. - Analyze, report, and develop recommendations on data related to operational assessments. - Continuously monitor/provide assessment updates for current ops to inform status of those operations. - Evaluate operations against MOEs to determine progress relative to mission objectives and outcomes. - Develop recommendations and guidance for improvement in the operation and operational assessments process to help drive the Commander’s decision cycle. - Perform ad hoc tasks in execution of Commander's Cyber Mission assessment priorities.

Peraton is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst/Data and Reporting Analyst (Analyst) to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will be a member of the Department of State (DOS) Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) Program for the Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA). The CAEIO Program provides IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize the legacy networks, applications, and databases supporting CA services globally.   The Analyst will support the Quality Assurance audit processes and support the generation of reports and metrics assessing Peraton's performance across the CAEIO program. The Analyst will perform quality audits and generate reports on program metrics and data to identify continuous improvement opportunities and corrective actions.   Responsibilities - Reporting - - Develop ServiceNow reports and dashboards across multiple ServiceNow modules (for example, Incident Management, Request Management, and Service Level Management tables). - Develop reports and dashboards against multiple data source types (SharePoint lists, Excel worksheets, Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), etc.). - Provide guidance to team members to identify new reports and dashboards needed to improve analysis of data for enhanced program performance.  - Work with CAEIO program and technical support teams to gather and document requirements for reports and dashboards when unable to develop in house. - Liaison between ServiceNow development and maintenance team and the CAEIO program leadership team for new reporting features. - Test and debug reports and dashboards from multiple data sources (ServiceNow, Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), Excel, etc.). - Analyze data from dashboards and reports and make recommendations for proactive corrective actions or improvement projects (ex. automation, service catalog, process improvements, go to green corrective actions, trending projections). - Work in a cross-team organization to support all operations, engineering, program management, asset, and acquisition teams with program performance reporting needs. - Maintain and enhance weekly updates to metrics for program performance dashboards utilized internally, and by the government customers to support data-driven decisions. - Quality Assurance - Perform quality reviews and record findings from analyst documentation of call, email, and web support. - Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting the service desk in meeting quality performance objectives and stringent quality standards within the Tier I, Tier II and Tier III Incident Management Lifecycle. - Learn standard practices in Service Desk and other areas, such as training and technical documentation, service desk support to provide backup coverage and strengthen the team in times of high frequency. - Conduct quality assessments of incident and service request tickets. - Log findings from quality reviews of critical, high, and moderate tickets. - Enter findings in multiple trackers and identify trends. - Draft and present reports that demonstrate current state and thorough analysis of quality metrics. - Develop subject matter expertise as a member of the quality team. - Conduct quality reviews of service desk-related standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles and other materials for effectiveness, and takes prompt action to address knowledge design issues, as necessary. - Log and track action items as assigned or as needed to support completion or resolution and report accomplishments. - Perform and utilize gap analysis, root cause analysis and other quality management techniques to diagnose issues and events that impact SLA events and service delivery. Peraton is seeking to fill a critical role for a full-time background investigator near Latrobe, PA. Applicants must reside within 30 miles of the city center of Latrobe. Expert-level Software Architects lead the design and development of software solutions for complex applications problems, API design, data services, platform services, cloud services and infrastructure services to meet user requirements and align to strategic goals and the Enterprise Architecture.  The Expert-Level Software Architect is a software expert who makes high-level design choices and recommends technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.  The Expert-level Software Architect provides technical and software engineering support towards a model based systems engineering approach to IT requirements engineering and architecture development, targeted at the Enterprise, Segment, and Solution Engineering levels. This consists of developing and transforming the NGA IT EA framework, processes & tools to realize EA vision, and the essential products and supporting products (if needed) that provide conceptual, logical, or physical representations of the enterprise’s IT baseline and target architecture.   Duties may include: - Modify, develop, and mature the required EA products to provide a blueprint for organizational IT transformation and modernization in terms of business functions, data necessary to conduct the business functions, applications to manage the data, and technology to support the applications. - Develop IT prototypes and integration models.
