This position is located at MacDill AFB, FL.   The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.   The Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure Technical Lead provides technical and operational support at the Subject Matter Expert level in executing SITEC 3 EOM requirements. The Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure Technical Lead must be detail-oriented and have in-depth knowledge of Enterprise IT Operations and Infrastructure and all aspects associated with delivering Enterprise- wide IT Operations and Infrastructure support, serving clients operating in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure Technical Lead assist the Enterprise DPM with managing and coordinating the information systems, technical innovation, leading Enterprise service delivery and championing industry best-fit solutions to advance the organization's enterprise infrastructure in support of the SIE. The Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure Technical Lead monitors and manages all IT infrastructure projects, coordinates across USSOCOM and Enterprise directorates, and executes to meet the client’s ever-changing Enterprise IT needs. As the Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure Technical Lead, you will assist in determining current and future enterprise infrastructure requirements, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure from design to deployment required to delivery overall Enterprise IT excellence. You will assist in the development of policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure the command’s technology infrastructure.   Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Support leading a dynamic, diverse technical team for secure Enterprise IT Operations delivery. • Monitoring and managing operational status of the SIE to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance. • Assist in design, development, and deployment of Enterprise network operations, including but not limited to, systems and infrastructure architecture and engineering, interface planning, software and hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications. • Provide strategic and technical support decisions, providing in-depth expertise that enable operational impact across the SIE and align with, and support of, shaping the Commander’s Enterprise IT budget over the course of the contract. • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and frequent coordination with associated Enterprise Divisions, Branches and Departments.   Location: MacDill AFB, Florida
