Peraton is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to support EHS activities on the Acusil Program in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be based onsite at our Elkton Facility and will allow for some flexible telework; candidate must be local with ability to commute to the Colorado Springs, CO site.   The Acusil® Program manufactures thermal protection materials that are applied to parts received from customers, or these materials are molded, cured, and machined to print so that they may be bonded onto parts.  The customers we support are large and small Aerospace companies. The mission of our team is to provide customer satisfaction for product quality and delivery schedules while focusing internally on continuous improvement of our processes to reduce cost, rework and repair.    As an EHS Specialist, you will report to the Acusil Program Manager for a fabrication facility EHS program, for all aspects of the Elkton facility. You will ensure that all workplace hazards are thoroughly identified, analyzed, and mitigated to the lowest possible level. Additionally, you will serve as the lead for all facilities and maintenance issues as well as performing a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment; this will include coordination of routine and extensive maintenance and repair procedures on building, mechanical equipment and utility systems. Serve as the POC for all Peraton sites within Colorado Springs Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program.   Your responsibilities will include the following: - Execute Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program for Colorado Springs Elkton facility. Duties will include using a checklist to identify hazardous conditions, work practices, operations, and processes to include: chemical handling safety, EHS audits, environmental and human engineering assessments, root cause analysis of mishaps, emergency preparedness plans. - Coordinate hazardous waste handling, collection, disposal, and recordkeeping. - Assist in the planning and implementation of an industrial safety and environmental program meeting contract requirements - Inspect and verify the operation and safety of equipment including, but not limited to, adjusting, calibrating, replacement, rebuilding repairing of all building equipment. - Provide contract-specific safety and environmental training, educational, and awareness materials - Lead for all facilities and maintenance issues in addition to performing a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. - Develop a working knowledge of the functions and operations of the operational equipment, systems and controls at the Acusil® facility. Perform tasks working as a member of a team with other staff members, providing help and assistance as required. - Performs troubleshooting and maintenance in HVAC, electrical, electronics and plumbing; assists in obtaining quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors; obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts; orders parts as needed. Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. Peraton requires Endpoint Protections/ACAS Administrators to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3.  Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.    The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365. Under the direction of the Endpoint Protection ACAS Engineer, The Endpoint Protection/ACAS Administrators must have solid technical skills and experience to perform daily administration and troubleshooting of Host Based Security System on endpoints and scanning and identification and remediation of vulnerabilities using ACAS in accordance with Government compliance and cybersecurity guidelines. Endpoint protection /ACAS Administrators troubleshoot and resolve problems on endpoints and servers as well as conduct compliance scans with ACAS to identify security issues and patch compliance.   Duties include but are not limited to: - Supporting Endpoint management and desktop computing technology - Providing remote support for deployed VTC endpoints - Installing, configuring, integrating, testing, maintaining, operating, and provisioning IM&P servers and endpoints - Supporting Endpoint, OS, software, and patch deployment services - Supporting the installation of flat panel displays, room based VTC endpoints, projectors, and A/V equipment - Supporting Endpoint, OS, software, and patch deployment services - Supporting path monitoring, and Authorized System Interruption (ASI) processing. - Supporting the creation, management, tracking, and coordinating ASIs throughout networks in accordance with network regulations, policies, procedures, governance, and guidance. - Support the processing ASI requests, tracking ASIs from initial request through - Support the processing ASIs generated by external agencies and coordinate them with the Government - Supporting the tracking of ASIs using approved systems, provide reports - Participating in meetings and briefings as coordinated with the - Troubleshooting Endpoint protection product issues and outages - Coordinating and planning authorized system interruption (ASI details), as needed - Maintaining system patches, as well as operating system, in accordance with Security - Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance - Scanning systems and assisting the team in remediating vulnerabilities using ACAS Integrating and testing new and custom signatures on servers and workstation across the enterprise - Some positions may require shift work and/or an ability to work a non-standard work schedule to support the USSOCOM mission   * Positions are contingent on contract award * **Salary range is based on geographical location.** #SITEC2023
