The primary function of Workload Management is to strategize, analyze, plan, support and execute on contract and corporate goals. The Regional Workload Director works in tandem with Senior Leadership and field management on staffing and manpower planning, data analysis and trending. Strategize and provide support to all contracts. Identifies work to be completed by region and is responsible for capacity management. Develop and document workload processes including: reports to utilize, training curriculum, and common and best practices. Provide directives and ensures follow through based on company and regional goals. Coordinate monthly planning with Director of Planning and Logistics. Work concurrently with Regional Field Directors to attain company and customer goals.   Manages resource matrix managers responsible for distribution of APT resources to support TDLs. Partners with business operations and domain portfolio managers to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives. Manages and the resources providing innovation acceleration, quality, business analysis and our agile team for delivery of affordable, correct skill mix and sufficient staff to fully support a TDL across all tasks.
