The IT Operations Service Owner Lead is responsible for the efficiency of System and Network Infrastructure Services, End-User and Common Device Services, and Service Management, including managing technical issues and business processes on site; managing and responding to Government issues, concerns, and comments; and alerting the Government proactively to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitation issues. The IT Operations Service Owner Lead will be the main interface at their assigned site between the USSOCOM end customers, the applicable SITEC3 EOM Deputy Program Manager, and the supported Component or TSOC J6/G6 management staff while providing input into the management activities within his/her functional area. The IT Operations Service Owner Lead will manage Contractor and subcontractor staff on site, ensure staff development for retention, and work with third-party vendors applicable to his/her site as needed. The IT Operations Service Owner Lead may manage teams of contract support at multiple locations as necessary. The IT Operations Service Owner Lead is required to organize, direct, and manage all support functions applicable to SITEC 3 EOM Service Delivery for multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks within the scope of their assigned site(s). Must be able to review task plans and deliverable items, and manage schedules in line with budget. The IT Operations Service Owner Lead will ensure all personnel within his/her responsibility receive adequate guidance and direction for performing their daily tasks and will be responsible for developing/presenting briefings, preparing correspondence, and submitting project status reports as required.
Typical Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The ideal TRIMARC operators will have responsibility of assessing all incoming traffic data and determining in real time the content and priority of traffic reports to be disseminated. The TRIMARC operators accurately process large volumes of data from a wide variety of sources. The TRIMARC operators are the principal contact for many agencies and members of the public. The operators routinely communicate with emergency service personnel and transportation officials representing various agencies in the TRIMARC region. The operator’s telephone manners and image will directly reflect on the image of the TOC and Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
Shift/Hours: The TOC operator may work various shifts and may be required to work weekends, holidays, and fill in on other shifts when needed.
The main shift for this role will be Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m (24 hours a week).

- Plan, schedule and ensure completion of preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs).

- Oversee site technical library ensuring personnel have access to all required documents including TO and drawing redlines, urgent AFTO-22 redlines and applicable Mission Partner documentation. Ensure all site personnel have access (active accounts) to the TOs maintained and stored on the CDL website. Review, approve and submit AFTO 22’s for the site.
- Review, make corrections and comments on Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) and system modification proposals. Verify that installation and checkout was completed as defined in associated documentation. Ensure proper compliance to standards and workmanship is adhered to. Verify redline documentation and as-builts are correct upon completion of installation/de-installation. Advise the Station Commander and installing contractor of any discrepancies the site has identified that remain before Operations and Maintenance Responsibility Transfer (OMRT) or turnover of the newly installed equipment. Ensure any remaining discrepancies are followed up on until resolution.
- Download and distribute mission software updates and SWMAs to O&M personnel.
- Provide Site Support Integration (SSI) to interface, coordinate, monitor, problem solve, analyze, and oversee system level modifications and development efforts with insight to site peculiarities. SSI includes reviewing schedules for implementation of engineering analysis, requirements affecting a specific system, and coordinating scheduling requirements with the using command. Coordinate, monitor, and assess the activities of all baseline equipment and software. Minimize conflict with operations and provide technical assistance. Ensure these activities are IAW approved installation criteria, plans, and schedules that conform to the approved design.
