The position is in our Bedford, NH office.   The ideal candidate would be proficient and capable of execution of duties pertaining to Special Access Program (SAP) personnel security, physical security, and information security. NGA’s Data and Digital Innovation Office’s (DDI) mission is to focus on the automation and data acceleration of operational mission areas. To accomplish this, DDI will operationalize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data capabilities, and establish and implement AI and data related governance across NGA and GEOINT community. DDI conducts the following activities in support of this mission: Lead integrated planning and programming for NGA AI and data services activities and capabilities, as well as producing and maintaining the NGA AI strategy. Development and preservation of AI architecture and governance framework consistent with the principles established by the DoD and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).  Lead technical and operational teams to create and deliver solutions that harness AI to solve complex mission challenges. Provide independent verification and validation services for AI algorithms and in service throughout the NSG.   Overall Assignment Description:   Senior Level Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A) Engineers guide and conduct modeling, simulation and analysis activities in support of business stakeholders, analysts, and warfighters to define and analyze system and data requirements to support NGA business and mission processes to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT. The Networking Systems RF Design Engineer at Peraton Labs will support RF design for a mmW RF front end to a high speed signal processing system. The responsibilities will include RF simulation, implementation, and testing. The RF engineer will also support board layout and design for test prototypes as well as form factor optimization. The RF Design Engineer will interface closely with the digital CCA and FPGA development teams. The successful candidate will have a track record of effectively working in teams, proactively identifying issues, independently solving problems, and creating novel solutions. The candidate must have strong communication skills that enable collaboration on large development projects.

HUMINT Targeting Officer   Develops and implements a multi-platform, national level traffic analysis program for all Human Intelligence within the areas of operational support (AOR). Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified/unclassified and open-source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Blends single-source intelligence reports with all-source data to provide a comprehensive picture. Functions as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of customer's analytical requirements. Responsible for researching, developing, presenting, and publishing HUMINT products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent cell activities, and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall analytical team. Provides input to multiple government requirements and objectives, assists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products specifically focused on the mission set, and supplies analytical support for senior military leaders.

What you’ll do: The Investigator will be responsible for the following but not limited to: - Successfully complete a full time, 6-7 week new Investigator training both virtually and in person in order to be certified in the Federal Investigative Standards for government background investigations - Travel daily when conducting in person background investigations for the purpose of determining employment suitability of persons who require access to sensitive or classified U.S. Government information - Investigators will schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews throughout their designated area with the subject and their neighbors, employers, friends and family - Investigators will also perform record searches at police agencies, courthouses, educational and financial institutions, and medical/mental health facilities - Investigators are required to type and report all obtained information in a clear and concise report on a government issued computer system - Working independently while also a member of a team of Investigators and with a Field Manager

Peraton is actively seeking a highly skilled SIGINT Ground Coordinator Systems Engineer to become a valued member of our Cyber Mission business unit based in Fort Meade, Maryland. In this pivotal role as a Systems Engineer within our team, you will contribute to one of the largest and most impactful enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This full-time position demands a commitment of 1880 hours per year, with the work conducted at a customer location. As a SIGINT Ground Coordinator Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will center around providing essential SIGINT ground support to the Tactical Capabilities Interoperability & Testing Element (TCITE) Team, particularly during its ENTERPRISE STORM series of limited test events. Your expertise will be crucial as you serve as a subject-matter expert, facilitating coordination with SIGINT ground organizations within the US Army, US Marine Corps, and US Special Operations Command (SOCOM). Within this dynamic role, you will play a key part in developing the overall objectives for ENTERPRISE STORM, specifically focusing on SIGINT ground elements. Responsibilities include: - It is the responsibility of this position to guide, train, and lead teams supporting technical efforts related to software development, maintenance and architectural design, network engineering, system security and training activities. - Perform PMP type project management tasks. - Lead PI Planning ceremonies and facilitate support coordination between multiple agile release trains (ART). - Gather and present ART wide performance metrics at end of sprint and end of PI review sessions with senior management and customer stakeholders. - Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices and values. - Guiding the team on how to self-organize and plan work into enabling features and stories along program increments and sprints. Assessing the degree of scrum maturity and coaching the team to higher levels, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. - Removing impediments and guiding the team to remove impediments. - Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. - Facilitating a culture of getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. - Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. - Assisting with internal and external ART (Agile Release Train) communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. - Supporting and educating the Agile Project Management Lead, especially on grooming and maintaining the backlog. - Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example. - Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. - Facilitates most effectively as a servant leader. - Have a solid grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices and understand the unique opportunities and challenges of aligning and facilitating an ART.

Job Duties Include: - Provide T&E expertise on a wide range of Science and Technology activities and missions to include test planning, test execution, data management and test reporting. - Provide Test and Evaluation oversight support of multiple software programs and possess knowledge, expertise and education in test and evaluation methods. - Provide T&E expertise for effectiveness and suitability in an operationally constrained environment. - Perform Test and Evaluation Technical Analysis as part of an integrated program team providing technical advisory and lead system integrator technical oversight to the government test and evaluation division lead. - Develop sound test data collection approaches to ensure that data collected during test can be analyzed and provide objective evidence of system performance. - Participate in Technical Working Groups and Integrated Program Teams to review program development schedules and ensure alignment/integration with planned systems engineering and test activities. - Serve in a key technical role during design reviews to ensure tasks and actions meet specified milestone entrance/exit criteria and government-established top-level requirements.
