- Provide teleconference, video, and video teleconferencing (VTC) installation, operations, and maintenance services.
- Respond to incidents and outages; taking corrective actions to resolve the issue; and escalating issues that cannot be resolved.
- Design, install, integrate, and manage existing video and video teleconferencing systems (desktop video teleconferencing (DVTC) and room-based secure video teleconferencing (SVTC)) as well as support all upgrade activities or improvements to those systems.

This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As a Mobility Strategy Systems Engineer on our team you will split your time between systems engineering and ISSO duties. You will apply principles to various systems assigned for mobile communications research and development, e.g. 4/5G, mobile OS, handset and Internet of Things; and you will work with many different customer and IC organizations as they seek to leverage information gained through many diverse studies, developments and laboratory exercises that will push the envelope of modern communications methods and technologies. An ability to view several different approaches and string together the best path for meeting IC requirements with limited resources will be essential; as well as the ability to work with a diverse set of requirements as the organization moves forward. This position will be a part-time ISSO for the in-office developed tool used for proposal evaluation and funding allocation. Authoring and maintaining the SSP for this system will be a 50% duty.
