Russian Linguist   Performs language translation and interpretation activities pertaining primarily to military operational and intelligence activities. Reviews, translates and analyzes foreign language source material of both a technical and nontechnical nature. Translates advanced level recorded materials including audio and videotaped programs and technical discussions. Writes reports, including opinion as to the credibility of the source, for use by unit commander and for dissemination to lower, adjacent, and higher headquarters. Conducts bi-directional consecutive interpretation of target language to English and English to target language using phraseology selected to preserve the original intent, meaning, and emphasis. Assigned broad area of translation responsibility and may delegate portions of work to lower level personnel. Develops and implements translation methodology and quality control procedures and standards. Responsible for development and review of finished work. Plans work and tracks status of projects. May perform quality control of other Linguists' language translations and transcriptions.   The Translation and Interpretation cell team lead shall provide the availability of Foreign Language translation and interpretation services to facilitate the conversion of Technical, Open Source and Intelligence materials to English. Due to the high level of technical subject matters and requirement for precision within the translation of material and interpretation of recorded or live voice interactions, the Government defines the language translation needs as requiring 3,3,3 skill levels of translators based on the DOD language program. As the nation’s risk adviser, we (CISA) help our partners strengthen their own capabilities and connect our stakeholders in industry and government to each other and to resources, analyses, and tools to help them build their own cyber, communications, and physical security and resilience, and in turn, strengthening national resilience.    Peraton is seeking an experienced Mid-level Cyber Incident Management Analystfor its' Federal Strategic Cyber sector, located in Arlington, VA   Location: Hybrid role in Arlington, VA.    In this role, you will:  - Lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. - Interact with senior customer personnel on significant matters. - Coordinate activity across organizational lines. - Develop the overarching process of receiving, triaging, assigning, tracking, closing, and finalizing the record of reported incidents. - Draft organizational documentation such as Concept of Operations, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, etc.. - Ensure tactical implementation of the incident reporting processes, staffing, and technologies. - Identify opportunities to increase the efficacy of cyber incident report handling and workflows. - Document challenges, coordinates across teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, and recommend solutions to ensure incident reporting apparatus success. - Understand cyber, physical, and communications incident trend analysis and reporting functions. - Correlate and associate potential threat activities to inform senior decision makers. - Ensure timely and effective response to internal and external mission partners. - Validate the appropriate incident escalation and reporting procedures. - Seek to improve the quality, productivity, and sharing of information pertaining to the incident reporting life cycle. - Certify coordination and distribution of incidents and service requests. Duties may also include but are not limited to: - Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. - Identify, log, categorize, perform initial triage, routing, and resolving incidents and requests. - Manage the life-cycle of incident and request tickets in accordance with interface agreements. - Performing customer relationship management activities with mission partners. - Perform internal coordination and follow up for distributed actions. - A willingness to learn new tools and technologies and take on new responsibilities as assigned.

Peraton is seeking an Investigative Support Branch Workload Coordinator to support the Federal Background Investigations contracts.   - Manage the workload for Investigative Support Branch Specialists and Contractor Investigators. - Assists the Investigative Support Branch Managers and Contractor Liaisons in organizing, implementing and maintaining a scheduling system to support contract requirements, quality, and timelines. - Communicate workload and capacity needs/changes to management. - Work closely with PMO’s, Management, and Review to delegate and communicate workload priorities efficiently to ensure contractual deadlines are met. - Communicates with supervisor and project control coordinators to schedule work and to coordinate employee assignments. - Create reports, provide analysis and present findings - Assists the Project Control Analysts in organizing, implementing and maintaining a scheduling management system supporting the project plan. - Establishes tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of contract requirements. - Establishes project time-lines and maintains a database of tasks and the status of each task. - Receives schedule updates and input from the Program Control Analysts. - Enters all new information into database and provides scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.
