We are hiring an SLA Business Systems Analyst in Colorado Springs, Colorado for our program.    What you’ll do: - Manage the SLAs for the contract. This entails understanding and documenting the customer’s requirements for service levels; working with the service owners to confirm that the defined requirements can be fulfilled and determining if there are any assumptions or exclusions; and drafting the Service Level Agreements for review and approval from the customer. - Generate, review, and deliver the SLA reports based on documented frequency. We are hiring Service Desk Engineers supporting our program in Colorado Springs, Colorado.    Provides Service Desk Engineering technical support and analysis to field engineers and customers. Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of technical products, programs, and systems. Manages Service Desk queues, identifies trends, provides improvement plans and resolves tickets. Peraton requires Configuration Management Specialists to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3.  Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.    The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365. Under the supervision of the Configuration Manager (CM), the Configuration Management Specialists must be detail-oriented and have in-depth knowledge in establishing and maintaining the consistency of information regarding the design requirements, functional and physical attributes, and operational information of enterprise configuration items (CIs). The CM specialist Must possess excellent interpersonal, business management, and customer service skills. The CM specialist follows an IT service-based approach to manage, monitor, and update CM data in the CM Database (CMDB) and the CM Document Library (CMDL), including a logical service model of enterprise devices and their relationships by identifying, controlling, maintaining, and verifying installed hardware, software, and documentation. The MIDS team is seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Project Manager. This qualified individual will operate, maintain, and guide the development of Peraton delivered security, privacy, and compliance services associated with our continuously expanding role in IRS IT Service Delivery.   Originally signed in 2021, MIDS began as a 10 year, ½ billion-dollar infrastructure hardware as a service contract. Modifications to the contract through 2024 have expanded the managed service operations and maintenance role up the stack to encompass IaaS and a PaaS IOC. Service delivery is expected to continue expanding all the way through data center operations beginning in FY25. MIDS seeks a widely experienced and versatile security and compliance leader with outstanding textual, graphical, and personal communications skills to navigate the transition of a wide range of centrally delivered services with IRS Operations teams and Cyber Security.   What you will do:   MIDS currently operates a security boundary consisting of 75 mixed Windows and Linux monitoring and management application servers supporting the managed service, as well as several hundred storage and resource systems underpinning the entirety of IRS physical and virtual Open Systems across 2 primary and 6 smaller data centers.   - As the functional ISSO for the MIDS boundary, the MIDS Security Manager is accountable for the secure operation and maintenance of the monitoring and management application systems and the provided technologies. - Will pull scan reports from the IRS source, coming to an understanding of the scan findings, documenting the remediation or mitigation plan for the responsible system or application administrator, and tracking findings through disposition. - The security manager participates in annual assessments and contingency plan exercises, providing artifacts and documentation as needed by the FISMA security teams of the six General Support Systems to which we contribute technology and operations support.   - Serves as the MIDS Contractor Security Representative, engaging as required with IRS Leadership, Architecture, Function, and Operations teams as the security, privacy, and compliance subject matter expert and representative of the MIDS and Peraton leadership team. - Process MIDS account technology and security changes through the IRS-defined processes, managing schedules, and Peraton team participation. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the stability and efficiency of our network infrastructure, deploying new environments/virtual servers, patching systems, and maintaining the environments ATO.   Work location is Herndon, VA or Chantilly, VA, with up to 10% travel to other local Peraton locations.   Responsibilities: - Develop, deploy, and maintain LAN environments consisting of Windows servers and workstations - Monitor and optimize the performance of the network infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network configurations and ensure compatibility with existing systems - Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system backups, data recovery, and security audits - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance the LAN environment's performance and security - Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, both hardware and software related, in a timely manner - Implement security measures to protect the LAN environment against unauthorized access, malware, and other threats - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the LAN environment - Monitor and maintain system logs and records to track network performance, security incidents, and system changes - Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, maintenance, and support - Maintain customer compliance and authorization to operate (ATO)

Peraton requires Cyber Security Analyst to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3. Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.   The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and  common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.   Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assesses security systems for vulnerabilities and malicious activities and to identify potential controls to mitigate them • Helps determine the vulnerabilities, risks and impacts on Government systems and networks. • Stays current with the cybersecurity threatscape • Investigates any breaches and other security incidents that occur • Documents incidents and generate reports for team members and key staff • Works with other security team members to augment their role and advise on issues • Monitors security systems for suspicious network or application behavior • Documents security incidents and implements response actions • Coordinates and collaborates with technical Service Owners and government staff to scope, implement, and execute cyber range capabilities (e.g. CyberVAN) in support of dynamic USSOCOM mission requirements. • Uses various tools such as Remedy, Splunk, and Office Automation to perform duties • Maps MITRE ATT&CK framework to event types to proactivity identify threat vector activity • Some positions may require work outside a traditional work schedule to support the needs of the customer   Positions are at the following locations: - MacDill AFB, FL

The ideal candidate will support CBP with a range of technical, financial, and program management support to achieve mature management of CBP enterprise cloud services. This individual will have a background in Enterprise Cloud and Integration Services concepts.   This role is hybrid;  must be local to the DC Metro area.   Day to Day Work Responsibilities: - Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. - Supervise professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines. - Responsible for all phases of the program budget. - Perform analysis for contract reviews. - Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff. - Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task. - Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance. - Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports. - Coordinate and collaborate with customers, vendors, project teams, internal support functions and other stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achieved on time and within budget. - Develop and facilitate program reviews and deliver status reports to senior leadership on budget, deliverables, staffing and risks. - Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost efficiencies and advancement of capabilities. - Prepare staffing, retention, and succession plans, to include skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. - Responsible for timely recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of highly qualified staff. - Work collaboratively with Business Development to create, implement, and maintain long-term strategic plans for account growth.
