As a Mission Management Process Engineer on our team, you will provide process improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes. You will facilitate project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives; and coordinate the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. You will also Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts. The small craft employed (11-meter RHIB) is equipped with Launch and Recovery (L&R) hardware that will also require daily maintenance and minor repairs. Your assigned unit mission tasking will support data collection, test and evaluation of prototype equipment, and analysis for objectives in various harbor areas, littorals, and shipping lanes.
