Peraton is actively seeking a Slide Engineer (SE) to join our FEDSIM delivery team.   The Slide Engineer (SE) position is assigned to the FEDSIM Center of Excellence in support of proposals submitted FEDSIM opportunities pursued by the business units across all Peraton Sectors. The GSA FEDSIM opportunities values range from $100M and surpass $1B in total contract value. The FEDSIM CoE SE will support capture and proposal activities to document content used for Oral slide development, slide outlines, slide themes as part of the solution development process to produce proposal artifacts, working with SME and graphics support to integrate content into orals slides. Support includes the integration of content developed from the proposal development worksheets (PDWs) into orals slide deck, integrate win themes, strengths, features, benefits, discriminators, proof points to adjudicate content as part of the oral’s development process; document the process and procedures used to develop orals slide deck as part of the FEDSIM CoE delivery model.  The SE is the Volume lead for Oral slide development through production. Expectations of successful candidate include leading slide development during the FEDSIM Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) cycle.   This includes using an Agile delivery model, that includes weekly Sprints, to mature the oral presentation through a series of Releases through the Final TOR.  The SE will use this Agile maturity model, to develop and integrate information released by FEDSIM to include information from previous solicitation documents, Requests for Information (RFIs), Market Assessment Discussions (MAD), electronic reading rooms, draft PWS’s, draft Section H and follow-on final TOR documents.  The SE will integrate content captured from other FEDSIM sessions such as Industry Days, Due Diligence, Orals Q&A, electronic reading rooms, Notification of Decision Statement (NODS), follow up questions and retrospective conducted after bid submission to capture best practices and integrate lessons learned. The SE is responsible for leading/mentoring authors providing content that goes into the oral presentation.  The SE will work with other contributors, proposal coordinators, consultants, teaming partners and other FEDSIM CoE volume leads to create compelling orals presentation. The SE position is primarily working remote until the Final TOR is released where moves into the war room or if classified proposal content requires work in classified spaces in Herndon and Chantilly VA.
