Peraton seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintainance of  modern cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS for hosting DevSecOps tools.  Location:  Fort Eisenhower, GA. This position requires working closely with DoD and Army cybersecurity organizations to ensure secure and reliable infrastructure operations. The role involves architecting cloud solutions that support scalable, secure DevSecOps tools across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. Collaboration with cybersecurity teams is essential to enforce security measures across the multi-cloud ecosystem. We need a software engineer who can perform the following tasks: - Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm  development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. - Works individually or as part of a team. Peraton requires Virtualization Engineers to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3.  Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.    The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs),and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.   The Virtualization Engineer performs tier three systems support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. The Virtualization Engineer provides operational support and technical expertise for the engineering, deployment and O&M of hyper converged server and storage solutions including but not limited to Nutanix, Dell, and VMware. The job duties include daily management of the virtualization environment, providing day-to-day support for VDI clients. Peraton is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst/Data and Reporting Analyst (Analyst) to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will be a member of the Department of State (DOS) Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) Program for the Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA). The CAEIO Program provides IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize the legacy networks, applications, and databases supporting CA services globally.   The Analyst will support the Quality Assurance audit processes and support the generation of reports and metrics assessing Peraton's performance across the CAEIO program. The Analyst will perform quality audits and generate reports on program metrics and data to identify continuous improvement opportunities and corrective actions.   Responsibilities - Reporting - - Develop ServiceNow reports and dashboards across multiple ServiceNow modules (for example, Incident Management, Request Management, and Service Level Management tables). - Develop reports and dashboards against multiple data source types (SharePoint lists, Excel worksheets, Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), etc.). - Provide guidance to team members to identify new reports and dashboards needed to improve analysis of data for enhanced program performance.  - Work with CAEIO program and technical support teams to gather and document requirements for reports and dashboards when unable to develop in house. - Liaison between ServiceNow development and maintenance team and the CAEIO program leadership team for new reporting features. - Test and debug reports and dashboards from multiple data sources (ServiceNow, Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), Excel, etc.). - Analyze data from dashboards and reports and make recommendations for proactive corrective actions or improvement projects (ex. automation, service catalog, process improvements, go to green corrective actions, trending projections). - Work in a cross-team organization to support all operations, engineering, program management, asset, and acquisition teams with program performance reporting needs. - Maintain and enhance weekly updates to metrics for program performance dashboards utilized internally, and by the government customers to support data-driven decisions. - Quality Assurance - Perform quality reviews and record findings from analyst documentation of call, email, and web support. - Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting the service desk in meeting quality performance objectives and stringent quality standards within the Tier I, Tier II and Tier III Incident Management Lifecycle. - Learn standard practices in Service Desk and other areas, such as training and technical documentation, service desk support to provide backup coverage and strengthen the team in times of high frequency. - Conduct quality assessments of incident and service request tickets. - Log findings from quality reviews of critical, high, and moderate tickets. - Enter findings in multiple trackers and identify trends. - Draft and present reports that demonstrate current state and thorough analysis of quality metrics. - Develop subject matter expertise as a member of the quality team. - Conduct quality reviews of service desk-related standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles and other materials for effectiveness, and takes prompt action to address knowledge design issues, as necessary. - Log and track action items as assigned or as needed to support completion or resolution and report accomplishments. - Perform and utilize gap analysis, root cause analysis and other quality management techniques to diagnose issues and events that impact SLA events and service delivery. Peraton is seeking to fill a critical role for a full-time background investigator near Latrobe, PA. Applicants must reside within 30 miles of the city center of Latrobe. What you’ll do: The Investigator will be responsible for the following but not limited to: - Successfully complete a full time, 6-7 week new Investigator training both virtually and in person in order to be certified in the Federal Investigative Standards for government background investigations - Travel daily when conducting in person background investigations for the purpose of determining employment suitability of persons who require access to sensitive or classified U.S. Government information - Investigators will schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews throughout their designated area with the subject and their neighbors, employers, friends and family - Investigators will also perform record searches at police agencies, courthouses, educational and financial institutions, and medical/mental health facilities - Investigators are required to type and report all obtained information in a clear and concise report on a government issued computer system - Working independently while also a member of a team of Investigators and with a Field Manager

Peraton is seeking an experienced Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to join our Conversational Channels team.  Our Conversational Channels team creates self-service tools to automate the customer service experience.  Our team utilizes Conversational IVR, Chatbots, and Virtual Assistants to give customers the help they need without the need for human intervention.  The CX Specialist will play a key role in creating an extraordinary customer experience across voice and digital-based customer engagement channels featuring natural language capabilities.   As a CX specialist, you’ll support customer experience requirement generation and gathering, process design, testing, reporting and analyzing customer conversational flows.  You will work closely with Product, User Experience, Engineering, and other stakeholders to enhance the customer experience. The selected individual must be onsite one day a week. The Network Engineer is also responsible for planning, modeling, simulation, design, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of the network. This position monitors and controls the performance and status of network resources by using software and hardware tools, as well as by identifying and diagnosing complex problems and factors affecting network performance. The Engineer must keep their technical skills updated and studies vendor products to determine those which best meet the Government’s needs. Peraton is seeking an Enterprise Operation Center (EOC) Critical Incident Lifecycle Coordinator (CILC) to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. The CILC will be part of the Department of State (DOS) Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) Program, for the Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA). CAEIO provides IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize the legacy networks, applications, and databases supporting CA services globally.   The CILC will manage critical incidents, troubleshoot bridges, monitor, and work with a complex, 24x7x365 enterprise operations center including coordinating with other operations teams responsible for tracking and resolving CA/CST’s most critical incidents. The CILC will also be responsible for working closely with CAEIO contractors, DOS leadership, and business stakeholders to collaborate on critical incident lifecycle processes and standard operating procedure, monitor performance and provide solutions to related business processes.   Responsibilities - Coordinate operational activities with the on-duty EOC staff to initiate critical incident management processes found through enterprise monitoring alerts and track maintenance activities. - Stand up critical incident bridges when needed, make sure required technical resources respond to incidents and attend the critical incident calls, and communicate incident status to stakeholders. - Ensure the EOC meets critical incident Service Level Agreements (SLA) with respect to escalation and resolution. - Identify areas to streamline or improve critical incident handling with respect to escalation and communication. - Communicate the operational state of the enterprise systems to teams within CAEIO and external stakeholders, including the customer. - Hand off operational status between shifts to incoming leads to include critical incidents, open bridges for incidents, maintenance windows, monitoring anomalies, or any other open problems. - Monitor multiple systems and applications using monitoring tools to ensure the availability of systems and applications in the Consular Affairs Consular Systems Technology (CA\CST) environment. - Provide a summary of troubleshooting that occurs during a critical event to stakeholders which include federal management. - Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare and present technical documentation to audiences with different levels of technical knowledge.   Location: This position is hybrid with remote work and up to two days per week in the office in Sterling, VA or Washington, DC. Core Work Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday, 2:30PM - 11:00PM as well as occasional On-Call.
