This position is within our NSG Radar Ground (NRG) program. This team provides strategic and solutions-level systems engineering support for the integration of new sensor capabilities into the Enterprise architecture.    Specific responsibilities include: - Meet NRG deliverable deadlines, customer commitments, ensure products are of high quality and contribute value. - Weekly NRG Program Management Office (PMO) status meetings, to include the research, review, and chart preparation for briefing senior government officials to discuss mission status, and ongoing taskers assigned to NRG. - NRG Risk Analysis and measurement of mitigation processes and procedures - Direct interface with customer, on key NRG programmatic issues and solutions - Preparation for and execution of Sensor Integration and Modernization task to include artifacts creation and timely discussion of Sensor to Data functions, Require Performance Metric success criteria and Effectivity execution in conjunction with Solution Epic Minimal viable product functions (SE MVPf) - Contribute and/or lead sensor readiness events, coordinating with the sensor integration group, to include, planning, scheduling, monthly reviews with PMO.  - Identify activities that drive internal NRG program efficiency, increase cross-program collaboration, and/or “improve communications.” - Serve as backup to NRG Engineering Support Group Lead, filling in when Lead is not available.

They will lead a team of image scientists, image analysts, photogrammetrists, and statisticians to perform specific tasks, track issues, and clearly communicate status and results to multiple stakeholders.   The mission spans many data providers and sensor phenomenologies including electrical-optical, RADAR, LIDAR, OPIR, motion, multi- and hyper-spectral. We work to verify and validate product visual quality, as well as the accuracy of the support data. The qualified candidate should have experience with test design to verify and validate products against requirements to meet planned concept of operations. The ideal candidate will have image science or imagery analysis experience or knowledge ready to apply to the challenges of the group.
