Engineering Director, Enterprise Information and Telecommunication Technology Services (Enterprise IT). He/she must have proven executive leadership skills to enable multidisciplinary mission IT and operations engineering teams to meet the customer’s performance objectives and service level agreements.

The Senior Crypto/COMSEC Cyber Engineer will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Provides feedback to design engineers and evaluates end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle.
- Working as expert, conducts research and evaluates technical performance of software products and overall segments and systems.
- Ensures products and systems comply with requirements and government information assurance and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methods.

Peraton is currently seeking a Cyber Incident Response Developer to become part of Peraton’s Department of State (DoS) Diplomatic Security Cyber Mission (DSCM) program providing leading cyber and technology security experience to enable innovative, effective and secure business processes. You will be a part of the Cyber Incident Response Team.
Location: Beltsville, MD. Required:on-site work for the first 90 days. After the 90 day period, a hybrid schedule may be offered. This position will support Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
In this role, you will:
- Implement SIEM detection capabilities.
- Develop alerting for cloud-related malicious activity.
- Coordinate detection efforts between the development and hunt teams.

Acquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate program/project managers.
Has supervisory and developmental responsibilities within the functional area. The program director manages one or more projects or programs, may manage an operating office, and supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines. Maintains aggressive efforts to achieve service level objectives.
Leads as an executive level Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the delivery domain for strategic and regional missile defense support services. Prefer familiarity with the mission information and telecommunications landscape including laboratory environments. Familiarity with ground and flight tests and simulations is helpful.

The platform team builds subject matter expertise and will have a primary focus supporting Accumulo.
