Peraton is seeking for a JR Software Developer in Herndon, VA or Aurora, CO to support Intelligence Community and DoD customers as part of a talented,high-performing team. As part of this teamyou will work with emerging service and distributed computing technologies for satellite situational awareness (SSA) data processing and distribution.    The EMMETT program, a next gen Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Indications and Warning (I&W) system, establishes a repository of resident space objects (RSOs), finds RSOs of interest, and provides data to ground operators. The EMMETT team uses: programmatics, sensor modeling, and system engineering expertise to deliver this world-class SDA I&W system.   What you'll do: - Provide TS/SCI Java software development of modules. The Associate Chief Engineer (ACE) is responsible for overseeing integration of external mission partners within the office. This requires knowledge of the enterprise architecture, specifically the external interfaces, and familiarity with data formats to ensure the mission partner’s data arrives within the office’s architecture and is readily available to our end users. The ACE will provide technical oversight and guidance for all projects related to the external interfaces of the office as well as integrating new sources.

The responsibility of the Project Manager is to provide oversight on customer projects to provide surveillance to improve overall program outcomes. The Project Manager will ensure project requirements are satisfied while managing resources for the project as well as the schedule. The decision to manage all project requires change to processes and procedures to tailor project  management to new and existing projects. This position is located. The OIE Planner is expected to provide expert mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and assessment of information operations; creative use of information systems and information related capabilities (IRC); integration with inter-agency and intelligence community (IC); knowledge of and ability to develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of information; and significant or key cultural considerations that affect operational and tactical planning. The OIE Planner must be able to interact at the COCOM level audiences to assist in the development of OIE planning in support other organizations as needed. The goal is command communications “with one voice.” - Coordinate input and craft presentations, papers, and materials IAW CNMF senior leadership direction for command projects, proposals, and initiatives. - Coordinate and complete USCYBERCOM HHQ staff and operational tasking. - Remain conversant with vision, mission and intent of CNMF Commander and issues considered by the Service and functional-area Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ) commands. - Coordinates with USCYBERCOM staff to coordinate and complete administrative and operational HHQ’s taskings. - Translate actions contained in the Command Operational Directive to staff and track completion status. - Perform ad hoc tasks in execution of Commander's cyber mission priorities as required.
