- Establish a standard language (data exchange protocol) for representing and communicating cyber event and threat data during a cyber-range event. The language must be compatible (machine-readable) with the JIE and coordinated with the DoD CIO,and DoD Component heads
- Certify designated Cyber Range Enterprise Assessments
- Develop and integrate the cyber training and test infrastructure interface standards, integrate new cyberspace operations capabilities, architectures, and modernization efforts, and other requirements
- Assist with integrated, dynamic cyber defense, coordinates and maintains security toolsets to support organizations’ continuous monitoring and ongoing authorization programs.
- Establishes a framework by which cyber risk can be measured and quantified in the marketplace.
- Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and integration of a DoD IA architectures, systems, or system components
- Ensures that the architecture and design of development and operational systems are functional and secure.
