This position will be the senior security person supporting a large cloud hosting environment to ensure a secure migration and operation of the client’s cloud hosting environment. The selected candidate will be expected to lead and direct the program’s security efforts which include: legacy applications will be modernized and moved into the cloud hosting environment under an Agile DevSecOps methodology utilizing continuous development and testing during the modernization process, to include migrating to multiple cloud service providers.   Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of both short and long-term solutions to organization and/or customer information technology needs through new and existing applications, system architecture, network systems, and applications infrastructure. The role will have prime responsibility for maintaining the business relationship with AWS, tracking and reporting all spend, researching new services to drive maximum value/lowest cost for our clients. The right candidate will set up and operate the AWS billing for a large, Government program. Key activities include managing the cloud budget, Set up the AWS services plan, continuous cost optimization of the services plan, and cost tracking and reporting of the cloud resources. Responsible for the continuous improvement of the FIN/Ops system   Provides administrative and operational support to line management in a variety of functional areas, which may include finance, proposals, pricing, contracting, human resources, etc. May assist with planning and implementation of large programs in the function. May assist with specifying cost and financing issues based on reviews of engineering concepts and requirements and designs, and in integrating the multiple economic and financial analysis tasks and activities involved in engineering projects. May provide input to help generate quotes on standard products and custom work as required, coordinates quote follow-up activities with customers and product managers. Provides input to help reconcile purchase orders with quotes, including payment terms, delivery schedule, etc. Works with customers as a sales point-of-contact from receipt of PO through delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will work at the United States Postal Service (USPS) Central Repair Facility (CRF) in Topeka, KS. The CRF is a depot repair facility for USPS mail processing, delivery, and bulk mail systems repairable parts. Examples: repairing printed circuit boards, electrical, electronic, mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies to component level. The CRF provides depot level maintenance for essential automation, mechanization, retail and bulk mail processing systems used in all mail processing and retail installations.   This position is on-site position at the USPS CRF   Our Industrial Test Engineer performs a variety of engineering research and/or product development in a test engineering discipline such as electronic, electrical, or mechanical engineering.  Ability to use advanced theory, mathematical, scientific, or engineering principles to solve problems, conduct testing, prepare documentation, create applications, or devices in the completion of their work.  Assist in design and development of systems, testing, and validation of solutions for repairable items.
