Peraton requires Information Technology Specialists to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3.  Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.    The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365. The Information Technology (IT) Specialist is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting and repairing personal computer systems, hardware, software, computer peripherals, network, and AV equipment. The IT Specialist Assists employees via remote access, phone, or in person. The Specialists critical thinking, problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as diverse experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.   This position may be required to provision and maintain mobile devices (NIPR, SIPR and Gray) and other handheld communication devices (radios). The ability to terminate, test and troubleshoot secure/non-secure voice, video, data and radio frequency cable infrastructure. The IT Specialist provides administration of network and communications systems, including, but not limited to Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems. The Specialist requires knowledge of AV/VTC hardware, software and network connections. Peraton requires Endpoint Protections/ACAS Administrators to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3.  Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.    The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365. Under the direction of the Endpoint Protection ACAS Engineer, The Endpoint Protection/ACAS Administrators must have solid technical skills and experience to perform daily administration and troubleshooting of Host Based Security System on endpoints and scanning and identification and remediation of vulnerabilities using ACAS in accordance with Government compliance and cybersecurity guidelines.
