    We are seeking a Concur Expense Processor for our Herndon, VA headquarters to perform expense reimbursement and reporting using Concur Travel & Expense




    This position will be responsible for the following: The Concur Expense Processor position is responsible for the daily oversight and support associated with employee travel expenses. This position will interact with the employee base and with external service providers to ensure compliance to the Travel & Expense (T&E) program. The candidate will be using Concur travel platform, through a web-based system that will incorporate travel booking AMEX Global Business Travel (AMEXGBT), expense reimbursement and reporting.

    • Audit travel expense to ensure Government and Company policy adherence
    • Contact users when appropriate approval is missing or when support is not provided for reimbursement
    • Help users by researching and resolving any payment issues
    • Ordering corporate credit cards and disbursing them to employees
    • Cancelling corporate credit cards for terminated employees
    • Support users with travel card related issue
    • The candidate will contact Concur / Bank of America for any issues related to booking/accounting.



    • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum 2+ years relevant professional experience, or a commensurate combination of education, training and experience
    • 2+ years of experience working with Travel & Expanse products
    • 2+ years of experience working in finance or accounting 
    • 2+ years of experience working in Excel


    • Travel & Expense, Accounting, Excel, Concur, Finance, Costpoint a plus
    • Prior experience with Concur or a similar Travel and Expense product
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Highly attentive to detail and organized
    • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
    • Ability to multi-task daily without losing sight of the longer-term objectives
    • Ability to work in a team and self-directed
    • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
    • Familiarity with a major accounting ledger system
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh level of organization, excellent analytical skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment under strict deadlines
