    We are seeking an Android Mobile App/Reverse Engineer to support our customer in Fort Meade/Annapolis Junction, MD. 


    The Android Mobile App/Reverse Engineer will:


    • Research Android and develop innovative solutions using knowledge learned.
    • Reverse engineer binaries - applications, frameworks, middleware, OS Kernel and drivers
    • Collaborate with team members and have a “Can Do” attitude and ability to work with changing priorities.
    • Analyze and deconstruct software applications, memory contents and OS internals. 
    • Target potential attack vectors while performing categorization, crash analysis.
    • Develop creative techniques, prototypes and supporting code for proof of concepts. 
    • Log and capture test and analysis details.




    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineer or related discipline and 1-3 years experience.
    • Hands-on knowledge developing Mobile applications with understanding of internals
    • Experience with communication protocols
    • Experience with fuzzing, crash analysis, and instrumentation
    • Analyze operational devices and perform dynamic and static testing
    • Understanding of security vulnerabilities in mobile devices and their causes      
    • Strong software development skills for mobile platforms 



    • Experience with Java, Native C/C++, (Android Studio, Gradle)
    • Experience with exploitations and mitigation techniques
    • Experience with IDAPro, hex editors and software reverse engineering tools
    • Working knowledge of ARM assembly language and desire to reverse engineer code and operating systems
    • Experience with fuzzing, crash analysis and instrumentation
    • Hands-on experience dissecting and reverse engineering binaries
    • Understanding of Linux, Android middleware and Android Runtime
    • Understanding of APKs, Java Native Interface
    • Experience with JEB and reverse engineering tools or penetration tools 



    This position requires the candidate to have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph Security clearance.
