We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Greenbelt, Maryland to join our team in Greenbelt, MD to support the Space Communication Network Services (SCNS) Contract supporting NASA.
The successful candidate will lead the sustaining engineering team for the hardware and software of Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) systems while ensuring that system requirements are achieved. The candidate must demonstrates an understanding of the entire system life cycle from the specification and analysis of requirements, through the design of the hardware or software, procurement, fabrication, assembly, to integration and test to verify that system requirements have been realized.
This position requires the candidate to have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. In order to obtain a clearance, you need to be a U.S. Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
