    Peraton is actively seeking to fill a critical role for an Asset/Property Analysis for our Colorado Springs, CO location. As an Analysis you will be responsible for you will be responsible for managing Government and Company Property for our organization.   The task will involve managing property, throughout its lifecycle, successfully complying with all outcomes/requirements within FAR 45 and FAR 52.245-1 in compliance with all established policies and procedures while interfacing with the Government and Corporate representatives.  As the Government Property Administrator, you will be responsible for companywide property closeouts.


    • Manage Contractual Property Close Out processes by completing dispositions of material and equipment within the Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System or established policies and procedures and meet all auditable and contractual requirements
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with ability to use Microsoft Outlook effectively. Candidate should be able to communicate with multiple parties simultaneously, and be able to work in high paced setting. Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and regions
    • Good computer skills and typing efficiency are a must. 



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related filed plus 3+ years property management experience
    • 3+ years of experience managing property process outcomes: Acquisition; Receiving; Records; Physical Inventories; Subcontractor Control; Reports; Relief of Stewardship; Utilization; Maintenance and Property Close Out
    • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft office suites and Government Property/Asset Tracking Software
    • 3+ years of experience managing the corporate life cycle for Fixed and Expense assets by following established processes and procedures and interfacing with Finance and Accounting experts


    • Possess or ability to pass National Property Management CPPS Certification
    • Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Microsoft office suites
    • Experience with Government Property/Asset Tracking Software and Inventory Management Systems
