Peraton is seeking a Telecommunications Business Analyst for a classified program to serve as the customer service point of contact for the telecommunications services within the enterprise and to external vendors.
Primary responsibilities include managing contracts with external telecommunication vendors for products and services; reconciling vendor billing statements with internal billing systems to ensure accuracy of bills and approving and scheduling payments to vendors; working closely with project managers to gather and translate customer telecommunication requirements into Service Level Agreements (SLA); and managing the day-to-day research and resolution of customer comments, questions, and concerns for all telecommunication services providing technical guidance and direction to customers.Other duties include:
