  • Overview

    We are seeking a Network Administrator in Colorado Springs, Colorado to support work for our mission critical customer.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provides site guidance and leads troubleshooting actions for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, WSOMS, RMCE LAN and WAN issues.
    • Provides assistance in all aspects of network management from network design through implementation and the maintenance of upgrading existing networks.
    • Analyzes, designs, specifies, documents and implements communication system requirements to support the distributed functionality of a software engineering environment. 
    • Maintains a broad knowledge of network communications and local area network/wide area network (LAN/WAN) operations.
    • Ensures that configurations for firewalls, switches routers and cryptographic as well as domain controllers are configured correctly and documented through configuration management.
    • Position will support on-call 24/7 assistance.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Associates Degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience; OR in cases where an applicant does not have a degree, an additional two (2) years of experience is required
    • Must have knowledge of table's links and key associations for the various systems and their database requirements;
    • Must possess DoD 8570.01-M IA Certification
    • US Citizenship and a current TS/SCI clearance are required for the position
