  • Overview

    We are currently seeking a Program Manager to support our IC customer.


    The Program Manager (PM) shall have the expertise to oversee all facets of a classified program to include cost, schedule, and performance parameters, leading to successful execution of the contract. This individual serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor’s senior management. The PM directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management / cost avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, implementation of recommendations / process improvements, and quality assurance activities. The PM develops standards and processes to ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. The PM utilizes expert communication skills to direct the technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents. 



    • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, systems management, computer science, or a related field and ten (10) years of experience or a Master’s Degree and eight (8) years of experience.
    • 5+ years’ experience as a program or project manager, responsible for programs and contracts of similar scope, type or complexity
    • Experience must be in program management
    • Federal experience is preferred in specialized areas
    • Formal supervisory experience is required (at least two (2) years).
    • DAWIA III certification or equivalent certification (such as PMP) preferred
    • 3 + years of direct experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment
    • 3 + years of general familiarity following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies
    • 6 + years of experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and detail reporting
    • 3 + years of experience in the management and control of funds and resources using comprehensive reporting tools
    • 3 + years of experience supporting business development activities to grown program scope and tasking Current certification in Program Management (must possess a PMP or DAWIA certification) 


    • Experience allocating resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the contract
    • 3 + years of experience  supporting business development activities to grown program scope and tasking Current certification in Program Management (must possess a PMP or DAWIA certification)
    • Experience with reviewing and proposing the Integrated Program Baseline (or resource loaded schedule) to the Government
    • Experience with reviewing and approving all earned value, Estimate to Complete, Funds and Man-hour Expenditure Report, or other financial reports as appropriate
    • Experience with reviewing risk and risk mitigation activities and allocating budgets for the same
    • Experience preparing program status review and other formal reviews to be presented to the Government PM
    • Experience with reviewing all financial and technical reports before release to the Government





    This position requires the candidate to already possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and to maintain the clearance.
