We are seeking a senior leader with deep understanding of the Air Force space community, ability to connect mission needs with technical solutions, an entrepreneurial talent focused on business growth, and extensive skills as a senior software engineer to be applied across the Peraton Space portfolio with initial emphasis on the Engineering Development Integration Sustainment (EDIS) acquisition.
The ideal candidate manages and oversees the design and development of software applications for the Engineering, Development, Integration, and Sustainment (EDIS) contract. Reports to Chief Systems Engineer and manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Has full authority for personnel actions. Coordinates with Systems Engineering and Integration Engineering to ensure functions and specifications are met. Ensures project/department milestones are met and adhering to approved budgets.
This position requires the candidate to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance with ability to meet TS/SCI requirements . In order to obtain a clearance, you need to be a U.S. Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
