  • Overview

    Peraton has an exciting opportunity for a mission focused, solutions-oriented Client Executive, to join us in support of our Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) customer. This position is based in Herndon, VA and will report directly to our Chief Growth Officer. 


    • Responsible for developing and maintaining robust and trusted client relationships with CIA
    • Will provide major contributions to the Peraton footprint and expansion within CIA  
    • Build relationships, maintain technical credibility and serve as a valued thought leader to the customer, with full understanding of customer’s mission and evolving goals for the future
    • Partner with the customer to accelerate their vision of a stronger future service framework
    • Develop and maintain a detailed Account Plan and Campaign Strategy for CIA through collaboration and input from other key contributors within Functional areas and Lines of businesses
    • Work closely and collaboratively with the business development manager, Line of Business, Capture Managers and others to best position Peraton to optimize growth within CIA, assisting in the identification, qualification, pursuit and bidding of new business 
    • Will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CIA, providing the “day in the life” knowledge and domain understanding as part of Peraton’s strategic growth strategy
    • Working with the team to perform analysis on business requirements for acquisitions of interest
    • Demonstrates leadership with enthusiasm, optimism and urgency
    • Coaches and mentors staff members, championing diversity, teamwork, employee development, engagement and integrity
    • Demonstrate the experience, temperament and business acumen to develop relationships with senior CIA leadership; and corporate executives. 
    • Demonstrate proven ability to align technology initiatives to customer strategy, and present innovative technical solutions to lead the customer in new directions. 
    • Will provide thought leadership for CIA customer and will have ability to speak publicly on panels and/or participate as a speaker/subject matter expert at conferences and events



    • Bachelors degree or related field with a minimum of 15 years' experience
    • At least 13 years of domain experience within the Intel Community
    • At least 10 years of experience with CIA
    • Requires strong customer interface and the ability to work with customers to seek efficiencies and introduce new technical solutions/innovations. 
    • Project Management skills in the areas of contract compliance, program profitability, and overall customer satisfaction
    • Demonstrated ability to grow business and increase revenue
    • Must demonstrate proven experience working collaboratively with multiple contractor and government leaders to ensure effective trade analysis, metrics, and communication necessary for smooth transitions of large, complicated services
    • Active TS/SCI with Poly
