Peraton is seeking a proven professional for the role of Business Development Executive for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). The position is based in Herndon, VA. Some travel may be required as needed.

The successful candidate develops knowledge of customers, understanding of competitors, and has an awareness of the effects of market dynamics within an assigned market sub-segment. He/she will determine market trends and develop business cases that align customers’ needs/opportunities with Peraton’s capabilities and discriminators.
The successful candidate collaborates throughout the company to effectively communicate with a wide range of NRO customers, stakeholders, and industry peers; is integral to establishing trusted relationships between Peraton personnel and their peers within his/her external customer base; and enhances external customer knowledge and acceptance of Peraton’s products, solutions, and services. Success in this role is ultimately measured by meeting and exceeding acquisition and financial targets aligned to company goals.
