Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a Data Management Analyst to support our customer onsite in Annapolis Junction in planning, managing, and monitoring contract deliverables and program data throughout its lifecycle. This role drives PMO process integrity, ensures contract compliance, and provides authoritative guidance on task and documentation delivery management, audit readiness, and personnel onboarding for secure environments. This role also serves as a critical member of the PMO, responsible for onboarding coordination for TS/SCI personnel, leadership level reporting, and maintaining audit ready documentation. The analyst partners directly with PMO leadership, government stakeholders, and cross functional teams to maintain operational excellence across the program lifecycle and ensures program execution remains aligned with contract requirements, staffing plans, and mission timelines.


Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Program Performance

  • Coordinate data collection, reporting criteria, and records tracking across PMO functions.
  • Research, compile, and analyze statistics and program data; assist in drafting narratives for reports and briefings.
  • Monitor and track document submissions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare monthly variance reports with detailed footnotes and supporting documentation.
  • Evaluate and monitor program performance to ensure implementation remains on target and aligned with contract requirements.
  • Create, monitor, and maintain audit files to support compliance reviews and government inspections.

 

TS/SCI Onboarding & Personnel Readiness

  • Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires and contractors entering TS/SCI programs.
  • Maintain onboarding checklists, orientation schedules, and PMO specific readiness requirements.
  • Track onboarding milestones and ensure timely completion of security forms, mandatory training, and access prerequisites.
  • Facilitate first day and first week onboarding activities to ensure personnel are mission ready.
  • Ensure all onboarding actions comply with ICDs, NISPOM, and agency specific security requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance training, indoctrinations, and security documentation.

Task and documentation Tracking & Delivery

  • Track, update, and maintain task and documentation delivery schedules to ensure all deliverables meet contractual deadlines.
  • Coordinate with PMO leadership, technical teams, and government customers to gather required inputs.
  • Prepare, format, and submit deliverables in accordance with contract requirements and government standards.
  • Maintain version control, delivery logs, and audit ready documentation.
  • Maintain and track PMO SOPs, deliverable workflows, and PMO documentation repositories.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Support audits, data calls, and contract compliance reviews.

 

Leadership Briefing & Reporting

  • Develop polished leadership briefings, resource onboarding dashboards, and account status reports for PMO and government stakeholders.
  • Present onboarding progress, personnel readiness, and deliverables status during leadership meetings.
  • Translate complex onboarding, staffing, and deliverable data into clear, executive level summaries.
  • Collaborate with PMO leadership to align PMO processes with staffing plans, contract deliverables, and program timelines.
  • Support workforce planning, personnel transitions, and resource allocation activities
  • Serve as a liaison between security, program managers, and government customers.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5 yrs w/BS/BA; 3 yrs w/MS/MA; an additional 4 yrs in lieu of BS/BA degree may be considered
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Experienced in PMO support, data management, or contract deliverable management within federal, DoD, or IC environments.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry process/quality standards ISO9001/AS910, SEI CMMI and DoD 8140 requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking contract deliverables.
  • Strong briefing skills with experience preparing leadership ready presentations and reports.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and PMO tracking tools.
  • Excellent organization and stakeholder management abilities.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large federal contracts or multi disciplinary PMO environments.
  • Familiarity with IC security processes, clearance transfers, and secure facility onboarding.
  • Understanding of NIST, ICD, or agency specific compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with workflow automation, onboarding management platforms, or PMO process optimization.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
