The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented team player with expertise in scheduling best practices, schedule analysis, and compliance. This individual will identify schedule dependencies, critical paths, risks, and drivers; coordinate inputs across program stakeholders; and provide meaningful schedule insight to support program management decisions throughout the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously update the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Microsoft Project, incorporating program activities, milestones, deliverables, need dates, system task interrelationships, integration activities, and programmatic interfaces.
  • Coordinate regularly with the PMO, program stakeholders, program partners, and the Customer to gather schedule inputs, resource requirements, dependencies, and status supporting the IMS and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR).
  • Identify, monitor, analyze, and report schedule progress, schedule drivers, and first-, second-, and third-tier critical paths, including risks and issues that may impact key milestones or program execution.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated Giver/Receiver list within the system-level schedule, coordinating dependencies and need dates across program partners and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate stakeholder plans and schedules for disconnects with the program IMS; jointly develop closure plans, coordinate resolution with affected stakeholders, and track issues through closure.
  • Integrate System Security activities, security CDRLs/ADRLs, cybersecurity test events, authorization activities, and required need dates into the IMS.
  • Integrate PPIP planning, activities, and associated artifacts into the IMS.
  • Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and Software Development Technical Lead to ensure software build plans, engineering activities, and associated milestones are aligned with the IMS.
  • Coordinate with the MBSE team to ensure applicable IMS changes and dependencies are appropriately captured within the program's model-based systems engineering environment.
  • Identify and elevate schedule and resource risks to the Risk Management Team, Business Manager, and program leadership as appropriate.
  • Attend PMO and Customer meetings to provide IMS/IPMDAR status, critical-path analysis, schedule impacts, outstanding issues, and recommendations supporting program management decisions.
  • Work with the Business Manager to establish repeatable processes for Control Account Managers (CAMs) to provide timely and accurate monthly inputs supporting the IMS and IPMDAR.
  • Support Customer schedule reviews, audits, and other program assessments as required.
  • Maintain schedule integrity and configuration throughout the full program lifecycle, ensuring changes, dependencies, risks, and progress are accurately reflected in the IMS.
