Responsibilities

Peraton is currently seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Advisor within Architecture and Systems Engineering organization to join our team as a Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist to support one of our customers. The selected candidate will provide consulting and administration services for Microsoft 365 (O365) and Google Workspace in a large Enterprise. Conduct licensing analysis to align with organizational requirements, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency, digital governance strategies, emphasizing best practices for document maintenance, lifecycle management, and adherence to compliance standards, ensuring long-term operational efficiency and data integrity.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Creates Process Flow documents
  • Create for measurables and tracking project
  • Compiles project data and reports on status of key projects to management
  • Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans and designs and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation
  • Provide team with data analysis digital collaboration, experience, O365 upgrades 160K machines that needed to be upgraded prior to user migration to Office 365, and review and analysis of user information to schedule weekly migrations.
  • Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer management.
  • White glove treatment for ELT O365
  • Provide advanced support for the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical systems and applications.
  • Coordination of migration issues/concerns with Service Desk, and other groups impacted by both machine upgrades and user migrations
  • Support Google Workspace
  • Oversight and technical project management of workstreams which focus on Unified Endpoint
  • Management solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, Co-management, Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory).
  • Provide analysis and recognize areas of potential risk, schedule slippage.
  • Work with several cross functional teams and organizations
  • Be able to create content, PowerPoint or executive or peer presentable material without extensive rework by others.
  • Track actions, record detailed meeting minutes, assign, and follow up with responsible parties and stakeholders on action plans.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience, Associates degree with 10+ years experience, Master's degree with 6+ years experience or high school diploma/GED with 12+ years experience. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent status Green Card holder.
  • Pass a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management, systems engineering, or program management within large-scale programs.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a technical project manager within a systems integrator environment, managing the convergence of multi-vendor, multi-technology deliverables into integrated solutions
  • Proven experience leading IT service delivery support teams, developing various data analytics and operational performance reports

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
