Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking UI Developer (Greenfield S/4 CRM Transition) to drive the front-end evolution of our Greenfield S/4 CRM implementation. This role is designed for a technical specialist who excels in the SAP Fiori and UI5 ecosystem but approaches development with a modern, agile mindset. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that bridge the gap between complex CRM workflows and a seamless end-user experience.

The ideal teammate is a seasoned developer with 7+ years of experience who embraces modern tooling—leveraging VS Code for builds and utilizing AI-driven development through GitHub Co-pilot to accelerate delivery. While your primary focus is the UI, a foundational understanding of OData and CDS will allow you to collaborate effectively across the full stack to ensure end-to-end data integrity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Development & UI Architecture

  • Fiori & UI5 Development: Design and development of custom SAPUI5 applications, ensuring adherence to Fiori design guidelines and best practices.
  • Modern Build Environments: Utilize VS Code and associated extensions to manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial scaffolding to final build.
  • AI-Augmented Development: Integrate GitHub Co-pilot into the development workflow to optimize code quality, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate the build phase.
  • Data Integration (Nice-to-have): Assist in the build and troubleshooting of OData services and CDS views to ensure the UI consumes backend data with peak efficiency.

Functional Analysis & Project Lifecycle

  • Requirements Translation: Partner with functional analysts and business stakeholders to turn S/4 CRM requirements into interactive, user-centric prototypes and applications.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation and version control history within a collaborative development environment.

End-to-End Problem Solving:

  • Troubleshoot UI bottlenecks and integration issues, ensuring a smooth transition during the Greenfield implementation

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree  and  5 years of experience OR 9 years of relevant experience and a HS Degree.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
  • Proven experience using VS Code for SAP project builds and deployments.
  • Experience utilizing GitHub Co-pilot to enhance and accelerate the development process.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance.

Preferred Requirements:

  •  Experience with OData service development and CDS view builds.
  •  Prior support for the CDC or other Federal Government programs.
  •  Active CDC Clearance is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with the S/4HANA CRM functional landscape and Fiori launchpad integration.
