Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Program Analyst - Senior to support this mission at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. 

Responsibilities:  

As a Program Analyst – Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Support the Eagle-I PMO in day-to-day program execution, ensuring alignment across functional teams, subcontractors, and leadership priorities
  • Serve as an integrator across all PMO execution functions, ensuring coordination, alignment, and execution rhythm across the program
  • Support analysis, tracking, and management of PRDs and associated lifecycle activities, ensuring requirements are captured, aligned, and executed on schedule
  • Assist in managing program taskings, deliverables (CDRLs/PRDs), and action items, ensuring timely completion and accountability
  • Maintain PMO tools and artifacts, including resource/staffing trackers, PMO boards, and reporting dashboards
  • Provide direct support to the Deputy of Business Operations and functional leads, driving coordination, follow-through, and execution
  • Support workforce planning and onboarding, coordinating with TA, workforce managers, security, and HR to align staffing to program needs
  • Assist in staffing coordination and workshare management, partnering with PMO leadership and subcontractors during line-by-line staffing reviews
  • Support subcontractor coordination, including deliverable tracking and alignment to program requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, workflows, and tools to enhance execution efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as required to support PMO execution success

Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

  • Previous experience as a Program Analyst or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a BS/BA degree or 3 years’ experience with a MS/MA or 1 years’ experience with a PhD. or 9 years' w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA Degree
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level 
  • US citizenship is required  

Work Environment:  

  • Location: MacDill AFB, FL 
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking 
  • Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
