Peraton is searching for a talented Program Management Anayst to become part of Peraton’s Citizens Security & Public Services, Department of Homeland Security team.
This position is remote.
Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or Master’s degree with no experience, or Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience, or High School diploma/equivalent with 6 years of experience.
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
Proven experience in project management or program coordination.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
Skilled in project planning, resource allocation, and tracking performance.
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of program compliance requirements and experience implementing procedures to meet objectives.
Experienced in monitoring project timelines, managing documentation, and maintaining audit files.
Capable of preparing variance reports with explanatory notes and evaluating program performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management experience supporting federal, state, or local government customers.
Prior experience working within a government contracting environment, including familiarity with compliance, regulatory requirements, and structured program delivery.
