We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Integrator to lead and safeguard the integrity of the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise in support of the U.S. Government. In this role, you will drive integration strategy and execution across complex cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments—ensuring the timely, accurate delivery of GEOINT capabilities.
This is a high-impact leadership position requiring deep technical expertise, enterprise-level systems thinking, and experience operating within large, mission-critical environments.
Lead and oversee systems integration activities across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT delivery.
Provide a total systems perspective, including deep technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid services, infrastructure, and security domains.
Direct planning, implementation strategies, testing, documentation, and sustainment of enterprise solutions using established processes and tools.
Oversee the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
Guide and mentor Junior and Mid-Level Systems Integrators, ensuring technical rigor and mission alignment.
Location: This position is fully onsite in either Springfield or Chantilly, VA
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field
OR 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
OR 2 additional years of related experience with a non-STEM degree
Experience:
12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry
Experience supporting large, complex System-of-Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments across cloud, on-premise, and/or hybrid infrastructures
Prior experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects
Prior experience supporting IC or DoD programs or projects
Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance adjudication, or ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including associated processes, tools, and languages
