Responsibilities

Peraton’s has a requirement for Project Management Systems Integrator (PMSI) support to support the customer’s Front Office in McLean, VA. 

 

The PMSI will:

  • Provide support to the Front Office, assisting with the creation and coordination of briefings, data calls and responding to action items
  • Schedule and coordinate engagements, document management, and distribution
  • Onboarding, calendar deconfliction for chiefs

Responsibilities:

  • Support mission integration and coordination with the various stakeholders both internal and external, as appropriate.
    • Attend briefings and/or project review as required, ensuring minutes and actions are captured and communicated.
  • Assist with establishing technical exchanges between customer organization stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

  • Willingness and ability to aggressively learn the activities above
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph
  • Previous experience with customer
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience, or master’s degree and 6 years of experience, or PhD and 3 years of experience; 4 years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to present and work with senior executive audiences
  • Self-starter who will take initiative on helping manage the varying Front Office developments
  • Familiarity with the customer's business management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success developing partnerships across teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be willing to work at the customer location in McLean, VA during the core work hours of 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Desired:

  • Experience with program/project management including schedule development, monitoring, and contingency planning
  • Previous experience directly supporting branch or division chiefs or high levels of government executives
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and execute process improvements
  • Desire and ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
