We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative, operational, and business management support to a senior executive. This is not a traditional support role — it is a strategic position that serves as the operational backbone of executive leadership, ensuring seamless daily execution, disciplined prioritization, and professional engagement across the organization.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, exercises sound judgment, handles confidential matters with discretion, and anticipates needs before they arise. This role requires exceptional organizational capability, executive presence, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and precision.
This role will be reporting to Chantilly, VA.
Executive Operations & Strategic Support
Serve as a trusted partner to the executive, managing daily operations, priorities, and workflow coordination.
Schedule and coordinate corporate meetings chaired by the executive, ensuring alignment of materials, participants, and objectives.
Prepare executive-ready reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries to support decision-making and analysis.
Draft, edit, and finalize high-level correspondence including letters, memoranda, reports, and confidential communications.
Attend leadership meetings and conferences; capture, transcribe, and distribute accurate minutes and action items.
Administrative & Business Management
Oversee complex calendar management, travel arrangements (domestic and international), itineraries, agendas, expense reports, advances, and check requests.
Coordinate logistical details associated with day-to-day executive operations.
Screen and respond to visitor inquiries and requests, independently resolving matters that do not require executive escalation.
Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive and high-visibility information.
Leadership & Administrative Oversight
May supervise or train administrative support staff, ensuring high standards of performance and service delivery.
Lead or manage administrative support functions to improve workflow, communication, and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain organized systems for records, reporting, and documentation.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior-level executives in complex environments.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and analysis.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and independent judgment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure.
This position plays a critical role in enabling executive leadership to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring operational excellence behind the scenes. The Executive Business Partner serves as a central point of coordination, communication, and continuity — elevating both efficiency and impact across the organization.
