Quality Assurance Lead

Peraton is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead (QA) to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals.

 

This position will lead quality planning and execution across all EFMS releases. Ensures functional accuracy, workflow integrity, and release readiness.

 

This position is remote but prefer candidates be local to Columbus, OH.

 

Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:

 

• Define and manage test strategies and plans
• Coordinate functional, regression, and acceptance testing
• Lead defect triage and quality reporting
• Support release certification activities

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or a Associates degree and 7 years of experience or a high school diploma/equivalent and 9 years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with demonstrated leadership responsibility in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience developing and executing enterprise level QA strategies across complex systems.
  
• Strong background in testing workflow driven and rules based applications.
  
• Hands on experience leading QA activities in Agile delivery environments, including collaboration with cross functional development and product teams.

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
