Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Training Program Manager - SME to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina. 

Responsibilities:  

As a Training Program Manager - SME, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Provides overall leadership and direction for the C2ISR training program supporting hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments. 
  • Defines training strategy, priorities, and schedules; aligns training events with deployment timelines, configuration baselines, and operational needs for operators and maintainers. 
  • Oversees the full lifecycle of training products, including lesson plans, iTMs, student guides, instructor guides, job aids, lab exercises, and assessments covering operational management, network configuration, equipment maintenance, and support reporting procedures. 
  • Directs use of the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS for course catalog management, scheduling, enrollment, training records, and reporting to Government stakeholders. 
  • Reviews performance-based assessment and proficiency results, feedback, and after-action reports to drive remediation, curriculum updates, and continuous improvement of the training program. 
  • Coordinates with Government stakeholders, ISDs, Technical Trainers, QA, engineers, and operations leads to ensure training outcomes support mission readiness and fielded capabilities. 
  • Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools:  Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate), variance analysis dashboards; MS Project, GFP management modules, WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk; SharePoint libraries, Confluence, lessons learned databases; Archer GRC, audit portals; Power BI, Tableau, predictive analytics dashboards; Teams, Azure AD role based access.  

Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

  • Previous experience as a Training Program Manager or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level 
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience to include supervisory/managerial experience. 
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level 
  • US citizenship is required 

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment. 
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience to include supervisory/managerial experience. 

Work Environment:  

  • Location: Pope Army Airfield, NC 
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking 
  • Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
