Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Lead Integration Program Manager - SME to support this mission at MacDill AFB, Florida.
Responsibilities:
As a Lead Integration Program Manager - SME, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Leads delivery of PMO support, overseeing a PRD portfolio to assist with managing enterprise-level C2ISR implementations by maintaining responsibility over the C2ISR PRD lifecycle, including technical, cost, schedule, risk, and communication.
- Plans and leads Project Plans for capability/capacity projects crucial to the expansion of the global C2ISR Transport Infrastructure and oversees PRD onboarding using for Peraton Transition Methodology (PTM) post day 90.
- Develops detailed plans and recommendations for planned expansions and site activations, providing expert PMO support for these initiatives.
- Facilitates collaboration and coordination between Government POCs and project teams to ensure PMO support aligns with strategic objectives for C2ISR expansion.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of PMO support processes and deliverables, recommending major changes and improvements to enhance efficiency and impact on project success.
- Provides expert guidance on mitigating programmatic and technical risks identified during PMO support activities related to C2ISR integration and growth.
- Analyzes SLA/Metrics for root cause and corrective actions and oversees the development and quality assurance of PMO support deliverables, such as strategic integration roadmaps, detailed action plans, and monitoring reports.
- Supervise, mentors, and guides junior PMO support staff, ensuring the quality and strategic alignment of their contributions.
- Ensures adherence to established PMO support guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across multiple assignments.
- Plans and conducts interviews with key stakeholders to accurately capture program requirements and inform PMO support strategies.
- Role Specific Tools: Acquisition compliance frameworks (FAR/DFARS/SOFARS requirements matrix); proposal review checklists for technical/cost compliance; market research portals (ASSIST, GSA eLibrary, FedBizOpps); vendor performance dashboards with SLA tracking and escalation procedures; multi MIPR financial tracking systems with allocation rules; spend plan development templates; earned value management (EVM) tools; predictive analytics for cost forecasting; COOP readiness trackers (VPN tokens, alternate site readiness tools, SOP/QRC libraries); stakeholder communication dashboards; lessons learned repositories for acquisition/program management.
- Leads Task 2.1 and 2.4 transition activities, supporting the Eagle I Program Manager and Transition Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring Knowledge Transfer (KT) during transition in accordance with the Peraton Transition Methodology (PTM): supports task planning by reporting on project schedules and deliverables; updates the Transition Performance Dashboard (TPD) for AAS and client review; manages, coordinates, and facilitates the start-up and transition schedule in coordination with the Transition Manager; monitors individual project schedules and provides updates to the IMS; and reports status, progress, forecasts, and risks/issues to critical path to the Transition Manager.
