Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Lead Integration Program Manager - SME to support this mission at MacDill AFB, Florida.
Responsibilities:
As a Task Area Lead– Information Systems Security Manager - SME, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Provides technical and management leadership for all RMF and Accelerated Authorization Award (A3) Process support functions across the Task Order, establishing overarching goals and strategic plans for comprehensive security authorization strategies for C2ISR information systems and networks.
- Maintains safe-to-operate roadmap and directs and controls the strategic design, development, and implementation of advanced RMF processes, ensuring systematic integration into acquisition and systems engineering lifecycles at an enterprise level.
- Possesses expert domain and technical knowledge in RMF, C2ISR systems, and cybersecurity program management, applying this to define and drive the technical roadmap for developing detailed Security Authorization Packages and ensuring continuous mission-critical infrastructure security validation.
- Has overall responsibility for establishing and implementing innovative approaches that ensure successful obtainment of IATTs, ATOs, and ATCs for all C2ISR information systems and networks under the program's purview.
- Engages in high-level client negotiations and interfaces with senior management and Authorizing Officials (AOs) regarding strategic RMF vision, capabilities, and resource allocation for advanced RMF compliance solutions.
- Utilizes expert domain knowledge and decision-making that has a critical impact on the overall project implementation, ensuring RMF effectively addresses emerging security challenges and mission requirements through robust management oversight.
- Directs and controls the methods and staffing for RMF support teams, including assignment of Risk Owners for Task 4 in concert with the TO Risk Register, to deliver high-impact, scalable, and resilient security authorization efforts that optimize C2ISR system security.
- Provides authoritative guidance on all aspects of RMF processes, security control assessments, and security control effectiveness across information system domains, influencing policy and best practices.
- Establishes and governs the architectural principles, tools, and platforms for all RMF support efforts, critically impacting the reliability, resilience, and security effectiveness of C2ISR systems.
- Shapes the future direction of C2ISR RMF support for the Task Order by pioneering new authorization techniques, research, and advanced compliance strategies, directly impacting mission success and national security.
- Safeguard sensitive and critical information systems
- Proactively research and mitigate new and evolving technological threats
- Research and stay current on newly released threat prevention strategies from vendors and research orgs (CISA, NIST, MITRE, SANS, ISACA)
- Support and assist official Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment (CORA), IG, and other official audits, inspections, and investigations
- Implement and enforce Supply Chain Risk Management (800-161) with acquisition processes
- Assist with the development and maintenance of program manuals, procedure documents, operational security, and information disclosure reporting guides
- Develop the capability for automatic assimilation of scans, STIGs, and security control matrices with AI and machine learning for analysis, remediation, and cATO capability readiness
- Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance platforms (Xacta, eMASS, Archer GRC); security control assessment dashboards (NIST SP 800 53, CNSSI 1253); vulnerability scanning and remediation tools (Elastic Stack, ACAS,, Nessus, Qualys); SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight, Elastic Security) for log aggregation and anomaly detection; Zero Trust architecture enforcement tools; cross domain solution monitoring systems (Everfox High Speed Guard, Radiant Mercury); encryption and key management systems (Type 1 TACLANE, HAIPE IS); configuration management databases (CMDB) for security artifacts; SOP/QRC libraries for standardized cybersecurity processes; lessons learned repositories for ISSM practices; stakeholder communication dashboards for security posture visibility; compliance audit checklists for DoD cybersecurity standards and Raise the Bar requirements.
- Leads Task transition Activities, supporting the Task Order Program Manager and Transition Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring Knowledge Transfer (KT) during transition in accordance with the Peraton Transition Methodology (PTM): supports task planning by reporting on project schedules and deliverables; updates the Transition Performance Dashboard (TPD) for AAS and client review; manages, coordinates, and facilitates the start-up and transition schedule in coordination with the Transition Manager; monitors individual project schedules and provides updates to the IMS; and reports status, progress, forecasts, and risks/issues to critical path to the Transition Manager.
