Senior Systems Integrators play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, performance, and mission success of the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise. In this role, you will lead and oversee system integration efforts across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, ensuring reliable and timely GEOINT delivery to government and federal stakeholders.
You will provide technical leadership across the full system lifecycle—planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and sustainment—while guiding junior team members and collaborating across agencies.
Lead and support system integration activities across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure accurate and timely GEOINT delivery.
Maintain a total systems perspective, with deep technical insight into system relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
Oversee the development of engineering plans, site installation efforts, and technical design packages.
Apply defined integration processes and tools to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Mentor and guide Mid- and Junior-level Systems Integrators, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field; or equivalent experience (4 additional years with no degree, or 2 additional years with a non-STEM degree).
12+ years of systems integration experience supporting large, complex Systems of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments in cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
Prior experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects.
Prior experience supporting IC or DoD programs or projects.
Active TS/SCI clearance, or ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including associated processes, tools, and modeling languages.
