We are seeking an Expert-Level Systems Engineer to help lead and shape enterprise-scale engineering efforts across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and U.S. Federal Agencies. In this role, you will operate at the highest technical levels—integrating complex systems, advising senior government stakeholders, and translating mission needs into resilient, scalable solutions that enable timely and accurate GEOINT.
This position is ideal for a systems engineering leader who thrives in complex, multi-agency environments and enjoys influencing architecture, strategy, and execution across large system-of-systems environments.
As an Expert Systems Engineer, you will partner closely with Government leadership to drive technical excellence across the full systems engineering lifecycle.
Assist the Government in leading requirements engineering, solutions engineering, integration, testing, evaluation, maintainability, resiliency, and reliability across NSG, ASG, and Federal partners.
Translate mission and customer needs into actionable system and capability requirements and solution designs.
Support planning, analysis, and traceability of requirements, architectures, workflows, and system constraints.
Advise on solution design changes based on requirements analysis, technology evolution, and mission priorities.
Perform and lead systems integration activities across complex, distributed environments.
Lead and support Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), trade studies, and engineering assessments.
Provide expertise in strategic technical planning, performance engineering, risk management, scheduling, and interface design.
Integrate and align multiple Major Systems Acquisitions across organizational, agency, and national boundaries.
Provide senior-level technical advice linking vision, strategy, plans, processes, and capability development.
Oversee and coordinate the work of senior-, mid-, and junior-level systems engineers.
