Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Technical Project Manager with a focus on Construction to support this mission at Pope Field, Fort Bragg, NC. 

Responsibilities:  

As a Technical Project Manager (Construction), you will serve as a lead expert managing large, complex, and strategic C2ISR site installation projects. Your responsibilities include: 

• Manage large, complex, and strategic C2ISR site installation projects or programs, overseeing multiple concurrent installations or highly integrated deployment efforts 

• Develop and implement advanced project management and civil engineering methodologies tailored for C2ISR infrastructure deployments, optimizing efficiency, scalability, and risk management 

• Direct and mentor multiple installation project teams, ensuring alignment with program goals and fostering collaboration across diverse technical disciplines 

• Manage significant project budgets and resources, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic allocation to maximize project value and achieve C2ISR operational objectives 

• Engage with senior stakeholders and government officials, providing regular project status updates, managing expectations, and driving decision-making for critical installation initiatives 

• Function as a technical expert in project execution, anticipating strategic risks and ensuring successful delivery of C2ISR infrastructure across diverse operational environments 

• Coordinate pre-installation, installation, and post-installation support activities across CONUS and OCONUS sites 

• Maintain secure facilities for classified JEXC2 systems and equipment 

• Assist RMF and Configuration Management teams in capturing hardware and software configuration impacts 

• Ensure comprehensive personnel training and documentation for installed systems 

Requirements: 

• Desired 16 years of relevant experience with BS/BA, OR 20 years without a degree OR 18 years with AS/AA OR 14 years with MS/MA, OR 12 years with Ph.D.

• Active TS/SCI security clearance (required at time of hire) 

• DOD 8140 Compliance based on functional role for WRC: 802 IT Project Manager on Advanced Level / ability to obtain

• Large-scale construction and site installation project management for DoD/IC facilities 

• C2ISR infrastructure implementation and system integration 

• Civil engineering methodologies and construction management 

• Multi-project portfolio management and team leadership 

• Budget management and resource allocation for complex installations 

• RMF and configuration management processes 

• Stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication 

Work Environment:  

• Location: Pope 

• On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for installation oversight and project coordination 

• Travel: May require travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for installation support and project management activities 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 

• Construction management or civil engineering background 

• Experience with SCIF construction and classified facility installations 

• Background in C2ISR system installations and integrations 

• Experience supporting DoD or IC mission environments 

• Familiarity with JEXC2 systems and AISR infrastructure

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
