Responsibilities

Our team is growing, and we're seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Program Staffing Coordinator! You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our contract in support of MSIC. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in improving processes to ensure efficient program delivery.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and coordination of program staffing functions for Peraton and partners
  • Qualify candidates against government specified labor categories and levels
  • Conduct cost assessments for candidates to expose program cost impacts
  • Open Peraton staffing requisitions for sourcing and closing candidates against
  • Facilitate Peraton staffing collaboration meetings
  • Track candidates through the staffing life cycle to ensure all steps are performed timely and accurately
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with other Peraton managers on internal candidates
  • Support corporate and government labor audits
  • Develop Business Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop, communicate and implement Business Operations process improvements
  • Collaborate with Program Operations teams on financial analysis and reporting
  • Support Program and Line of Business forums
  • Provide support to program surge proposal requests as required (both technical and financial portions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience; or an additional 4 years related experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience in program planning, program control, program operations, program management, contracts management, or related field
  • Ability to interpret contracted labor categories and map them to a candidate’s experience, level and education
  • Strong team-working skills, with the ability to liaise across team members and leadership
  • Strong organization/project management skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments/projects, timelines and to identify project inter-dependencies, resource needs, potential risks/pitfalls and mitigation plans
  • Demonstrated success for early/on-time completion of assignments/projects with the outcome resulting in the delivery and execution of a quality product/analysis
  • Flexible, innovative with the ability to excel in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
  • Ability to scale and quickly adapt as business needs change
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly or Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain and pass a polygraph

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years’ experience with DIA/MSIC
  • Demonstrated experience in business analytics
  • Strong quantitative skills through the use of Excel
  • Ability to take vague concepts and translate into a specific course of action
  • Ability to think and act strategically and to provide recommendations that add client/organizational value
  • Ability to work independently (self-managing) and within a team environment
  • Strong business perspective and understanding of company financials, long range strategies, and core organizational capabilities
  • Experience working all aspects of proposals (to include coordination, financial and technical portions)

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
