Join Peraton in advancing the safety, efficiency, and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS) through the FAA’s Business, National Airspace, and Technical Computing Services (BNATCS) contract. As a trusted partner to the Federal Aviation Administration, Peraton helps deliver the systems and services that keep our nation’s skies safe and connected.

We’re looking for innovative professionals who thrive in mission-critical environments and are passionate about shaping the future of air traffic management. This is your chance to make an impact on one of the world’s most vital transportation infrastructures, working alongside leaders in aviation, engineering, data science, and systems integration.

At Peraton, you won’t just support the mission — you’ll define it.

Join a team dedicated to protecting the safety and integrity of U.S. air travel. Peraton is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Analyst to support workforce planning, reporting, and operational coordination for programs aligned to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).  The ideal candidate will manage resource allocation, personnel staffing, recruitment, interviewing, hiring actions, personnel tracking, retention, personnel performance reporting, and all aspects associated with maintaining a workforce needed to execute the requirements of the program.

In this position, you will:

  • Support the collection, tracking, and analysis of workforce data.
  • Collaborate with program leadership on the design and execution Workforce Management programs and personnel processes.
  • Analyze overall program resources to identify shortfalls and deficiencies.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and performance with Peraton and Team Peraton subcontractors.
  • Support Surge, Contingency, and internal staffing movement.
  • Maintain workforce dashboards, staffing trackers to support program leadership and HR partners.
  • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly workforce summaries, including headcount metrics and attrition trends.
  • Monitor staffing pipelines and hiring actions.
  • Conduct workforce forecasting, capacity modeling, and staffing demand analysis using historical trends and program requirements.
  • Support program leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly workforce reports, including narrative insights and trend analysis.
  • Monitor labor utilization, staffing changes, role transitions, and onboarding/offboarding actions.
  • Conduct gap analyses to compare current staffing levels against program needs and future workload demands.
  • Develop SOPs, process maps, and documentation to standardize workforce procedures across programs.
  • Support workforce compliance tasks, including contract reporting, and personnel data validation.
  • Present analytical findings to leadership through briefings, visualizations, and executive summaries.
