What You’ll Do:
Ensure day-to-day operational stability and provide expert technical support to our customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Linux environments.
Contribute to the management and automation of our cloud platform infrastructure.
Collaborate with a fast-paced, innovative team to improve reliability, performance, and scalability.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide Tier 1–3 support.
Gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies based on customer needs.

Strong background in Linux operations and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash is a plus.

Position Requirements:
Experience: 12 years in software development/engineering, including analysis, design, development, integration, testing, maintenance, and problem resolution.
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred (counts as 2 years of experience). Master’s in a technical field counts as 4 years. Note: Degrees in Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar are also acceptable.
Certifications (one required):
AWS Certified Developer – Associate
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKAD)
Elastic Certified Engineer or Elastic Certified Observability Engineer
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with current polygraph required.
Preferred Skills: Prometheus, JIRA, HDFS, Virtualization, Salt/Ansible, Grafana, OpenStack, AWS.
